Handy Heroes

This was the best experience I have ever had. They insulated, sheet rocked, redid electrical, installed a window unit, installed fluorescent lights, cut access to attic, installed motor on attic fan. You cannot go wrong with Handy Heroes. The best to work with. Am recommending them for any of your remodeling needs.

Steven was responsive and followed up with a written estimate however we decided to use another company.

The estimate was free. I had to follow up with them twice to get the proposal.

This was the 3rd time we used Handy Heroes. We were very happy with the service and quality of the work. Steve was very helpful in giving us guidance on best options as well as costs. We are planning to use them again soon. I would highly recommend this company.

I called another vendor (works for our office landlord) the week before who was supposed to come by end of day, he didn't. He said he would come by 9:00 am the following Monday, he didn't. I called him at 9:30 and he said he would be there in 20 minutes, he wasn't. I went to Angie's list and searched for a Handyman. I called 5 for the list and Steve was the only one that answered the phone. He quoted a price and said he would be there by 1:30. He called about noon and said he knew that my son was having his graduation ceremonies that night and could come early. He arrived 30 minutes early and installed the device without a hitch. He said the charge would have been slightly more had he seen what was involved first but happily accepted the amount quoted. We are so please with his price and service that we are going to have him do some work at our home.

Steven Kennedy was always very punctual, always kept us posted on the progress and was very knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellent job. He always cleaned up when he was done for the day, leaving nothing behind. When the job was finished, he even tied up the electrical cord for the washer making it a lot neater than it was before he started the project.

We have used Steven for a number of projects in our home, both large and small, and he has always done an excellent job. He is very detail oriented and doesn't rush through the job to get to the next job like many contractors will do. The work he has done in the bathroom is really lovely. We would definitely recommend him to anyone.

The completed project looks great. Took a little longer than anticipated (but as I mentioned above, there were problems that no one could have anticipated. This is an old house.) The price was great. Steven is professional, knowledgeable, patient and personable. He returned my calls in a timely manner. He patiently answered all my questions. He straightened and tidied the work area. There was some remodel debris left in the grass after city pickup and he cleaned this up also He is truly interested in building customer trust. There was a minor adjustment (after he received final payment) and it was promptly made. I am pleased with the work and will call him again.

Everything we have hired Steven to do has been completed on time. on budget, and his work is great. As we continue to update our house we will definitely keep using him. His tile work is especially beautiful.

We hired Steven to tile the kitchen backsplash and do some finishing work on our kitchen remodel. Steven did an amazing job; his tile work was perfect and he was a consummate professional. He was always on time, and very considerate of keeping the kitchen clean while he was working on it. The finished product is gorgeous even with some challenges he encountered along the way just having to deal with an older home. We couldn't be happier with his work, and would definitely hire him in the future.
