Took longer than I thought, only because they were so thorough and did not skip one thing. Any lingering spots were cleaned over and over until spotless.

Jorge came the day after I called to give an estimate and his crew came a week later to perform the service. They were professional, kind and cleaned and inspected all the gutters in the house. I recommend them.

Was very pleased with everything. After my request for a quote, Jorge Torres came to my house and prepared a quote. He also returned my phone calls promptly. The staff that did the washing was very polite and professional. I happened to have a lawn service here the same day, and they even commented that the pressure washing people did a very nice job and asked me the name of the pressure washing company. Everyone I dealt with at Window Genie was very courteous. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

easy, kind, professional and on time. the service was better than I expected and they offered a generous coupon to help with the cost.

There was a problem with an employee calling in sick, but Mr. Torres got another employee out to the house as soon as he could. The work was done very, very well.

Trouble free, prompt, friendly, respectful, job done very well. Significantly improved the appearance of the house, driveway and walkway. Looks like we got new paint.

My Windows look great! They made an appointment for my estimate and were very punctual. Two polite young men came the next day and worked for over two hours cleaning my Windows. They were very neat and I was extremely pleased with their work. I re with Ed a follow- up call the next day to check on my satisfaction. I will call them again
