Unfortunately, he was unable to remove the dead squirrel, however, he was very professional, and did attempt to find alternate ways to try and remove the animal. The gentleman cut a square foot size hole in the sheet rock to attempt to pull out the animal, however, the animal was between the chute and heat shield making it impossible to remove.

Andrew arrived promptly and was very personable, knowledgeable and understanding. He explained all costs and and what would be done. He came each day to check the traps, and left extra food in traps over the weekend. After the attic was clear of all wildlife, Andrew then disinfected the attic and replaced all the soffit covers. He came back the next day and installed the cages over the mushroom fans on the roof ( where squirrels were trying to enter. Andrew did everything he said that he would do and more. I am extremely pleased and have already recommended Wildernex to several friends. It is refreshing when a company and their folks are this good! Worth every penny! Thank you!

So far so good.

It went very well. The young man spent a lot of time up in the attic looking for any signs of nest building or latrines (as he called them). He didn't find anything so that was a relief.

The technician was very good. He located the animal, watched it leave, and secured the underpinning so it cannot return.

Incompetent and created a health hazard in my home. I used the Austin, TX branch of this company. I showed the guy the one and only hole where the squirrels were coming and going. The squirrels were coming out once in the morning and going back in the afternoon. This Wildernex guy was so bad that I wonder if he even knows anything about trapping squirrels. SO he seals the hole, before he even caught anything. Then he tells me he spread poison in my attic. The squirrels of course chewed a new access hole in a different part of the roof. Now the problem is worse. I tried calling him several times to work out a refund. He refuses to respond. I have not been able to reach the owner of the company. SO I am filing a complaint. I hope they lose their license.

Dave, our biologist, was fast and friendly! He educated us about the bees' behavior and is relocating a large portion of the bees. As a biology teacher, I appreciate that this was not an extermination, but taking care of our problem AND caring for the bees.

Taylor came the same day. He opened the damper and could see scratch marks but no animal. He went to the roof and discovered some type of nest being built and 1 of the grates off. The other grate was loose. He got materials and secured both grates. I paid him, and he left. About 1 hour later, I heard the noise again and called him. He came back at 5 PM (after his last job) and re-opened the damper and determined that a squirrel was there and had been hiding in a corner when he looked the first time. He removed the squirrel and did not charge me extra for coming back and working another hour.

Due to a freak set of circumstances, where my attic was open to incursion due to a new roof, an animal got trapped in the attic and died. We called several companies and they were only 50/50 on their chances of finding and eliminating the problem. When I talked to Russel at Wildernex he was confident that he could resolve the situation. Russel showed up the same day that I called and in bout 30 minutes had found the problem, removed it, and remediated the area. Great guy, great service, and great company.
