Description of Work: Did not show up three separate times for estimate. When they finally showed up to give estimate, it was reasonable so we contracted to have several trees removed, underbrush cleared and limbs removed from power lines. Trees were removed; however, they drove their truck through my yard damaging a septic head and rutting the yard badly. They also broke a 10 ft crepe myrtle all the way to the ground due to carelessness. They also promised to send an arborist out to look at a sick tree but that never happened. When we called with our concerns and list of damages, it was weeks before we got a response and then it was just to get paid. Would not recommend them or use them again, very unreliable and unprofessional

 + -1 moreIt went ok but there was some miscommunication in the beginning about him meeting us. My husband was going to meet him on Monday and the gentleman didn't remember saying on Friday he'd meet my husband. The SP called us Tuesday to meet my husband out there and he couldn't do it. I was going to go out there and meet him and I was supposed to call him when I was on my way out there. I kept calling him and finally reached him and he said my husband had told him to forget about it. My husband didn't tell him to forget about it.The gentleman was relatively close so he did meet with me. After we met, everything was fine.
Description of Work: He cut down about five trees and trimmed one tree and grinded down several stumps.

 + -1 moreTomball Tree Service did a great job of removing my oak trees. I did get three different estimates for the tree removal and this company was by far the most inexpensive. The removal process went just fine and they were able to take down the trees without any mishaps. They removed all the debris from my yard and rounded the stumps to finish it up. They were able to do the job quickly.
Description of Work: They removed five trees from my backyard and the tree stumps as well.

 + -1 moreAfter the most recent storm we had, several of our tallest oaks had some large, broken branches. These were trimmed back by Tomball Tree Service so they would not break off onto our driveway or blow into the house. The workers do an excellent job of cleaning up after the storm and always take the wood with them. The tree they are currently working on is dead and will be taken down completely.
Description of Work: Tomball Tree Service prunes our trees and deals with any wind damage. After Hurricane Rita, they have been quite busy with our oak trees.
