The company came out to do an estimate 2 times. They were on time both times they came. I decided to use this company because the general contractor I was using recommended them. The work was a bit above average in cost, but the quality of work was definitely worth the cost. Because of the scale of the project, there were anywhere from 2-4 technicians at a time and the on-site management was always there. I was very pleased with the outcome of the job, and will use this company again if needed in the future.

Tommy, the owner and master electrician, spent quite a bit of time trouble shooting the doorbell situation and explaining/educating me on my GFI fuse situation. I had been misled last year regarding these fuses by my builder's electrician when I complained. In the trouble shooting process, Tommy found and corrected what may have been an underlying cause of my breaker tripping problem by simply tightening a critical screw. He then left, shot me a quote that I accepted and did the work at my convenience a few days later. I will definitely use Tommy again.

Tommy w/Titan Electrical Services did a complete electric panel repalcement. We negotiated a fair price after he came over and explained everything to me. Tommy REALLY knows his stuff when it comes to electrical codes & regulations. (He was a building inspector for Harris County TX for years.) He showed up right on time and completed the work in one day. He labeled all the circuits and installed conduit on all the wiring that was exposed (code violations). Very neat job of wiring the new panel. Left the area clean when he finished. I plan to have him back soon to do some additional work in my detached garage/gameroom. It was a pleasure doing business w/Titan, he was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend his work. Thank you Tommy & Leah Brittain!

The owner, Tommy, was very professional, friendly and on time. He helped us fix our refrigerator plug problem, but also helped to identify why the light in our closet wasn't working. Thinking it was the closet fixture, we were about to buy a new one. Tommy instead found a plug on the same breaker that was bad - so we saved money! Thank you, TES!!!

Tommy arrived early and left in the evening when the job was completed. He even cleaned up the area that he was working in. My wife and I feel safer in this old house with the updated Electrical Panel and breakers.
