Contractor was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done, what material were needed. Knowledgeable with respect to product and process. Project supervisor was responsive to queries prior to starting the project and on site during project.Supervisor could speak English and discuss issues during actual replacement process. Very pleased with the process, performance and followup.

My situation began with a leak in my roof that caused interior damage to my wall, ceiling and flooring. Was referred to Texas Engineered Roofing by someone whose opinion i trust highly who was a previous customer. Initially it started out a bit shaky with the initial consultant that was sent out acting disinterested and not thorough in their evaluation. I immediately called the company to explain my dissatisfaction with the consultant and requested someone new. They were very apologetic and assigned a new consultant, Scott, who contacted me immediately and has been excellent to work with from initial contact. He promptly responds to calls and thoroughly answers questions and has been very helpful while navigating my claim while dealing with my insurance company. Scott has been flexible and accommodating with my work schedule to have the evaluations, meetings, paperwork and repairs done in a timely manner. Customer satisfaction, transparency and honesty are a high priority with Scott and this company.

Ben was absolutely adorable to work with. He is professional and a gentleman. He came when he was supposed to and finish the work on time. Everything was 100% wonderful. I would definitely hire them again for any roof issues I had. You get what you pay for!

Excellent. All work was very professional. They did a good job of covering and protecting my property (shrubs, landscape,etc. ) from falling debris. All nails and ALL debri was hauled off and away. My new roof is beautiful. Special shout out to the salesman, Ryan Randazzo. He stayed with the job majority of the time work was done and he personally checked around my home for nails. Highly recommend asking for him.

My house suffered water damage from Hurricane Harvey(August, 2017). My ceilings showed water damage and over a short time it appeared almost on all ceilings throughout house. I contacted my insurance agent and filed a claim with my insurance company. Once a settlement was arrived at, Brad Briggs, owner of Texas Engineered Roofing suggested I let him go back to the insurance co. for more money, not only for the roof but also for repairs to ceilings, insullation, and interior cosmetic repairs that he said I would should qualify for. My insurance company approved everything. The entire job by Texas Engineered Roofing was time efficient and a 1st class job. I am very satisfied with this company and highly recommend them.

We recently replaced our roof and had our whole exterior painted using Texas Engineered Roofing and we highly recommend them! Brad and Don were very helpful throughout the whole process. They were never pushy, but very informative on what products would serve us best. Work was done in a clean, swift and professional manner. We highly recommend them!

I really appreciated the professionalism of Brad and Matt and the quality of the work done by their sub-contractors. Once the work began we were communicated with about what to expect and when, and they did exactly what they said they would do. Site was cleaned up each day of the project and final cleanup was thorough and completed as promised. Would highly recommend.

They sealed several roof leaks, providing complete before and after pictures and giving a 2-year warranty!

Michael Yanock handled our project from start to finish. He discussed with us the various roofing alternatives, prepared price quotations for two alternatives of interest to us, arranged preparations for the work and provided on-site quality assurance throughout execution of the work. He made certain that the roofing details were as he had proposed, and that all of our particular concerns were addressed. These folks are true professionals.

Matt E of Texas Engineered Roofing was professional and followed through with commitments. Worked within schedule quoted (weather delays excluded). The carpentry crew didn't communicate as well as expected, but Matt made it right. Worked well with insurance adjuster (roof replacement due to hail damage). Painless process and fair price. Would recommend Matt and Texas Engineered Roofing and would use again if the need arises.

Absolutely the best company around! Anthony, the sales manager, oversees the entire job from start to finish - he walks you through the entire process and is extremely knowledgeable. Communication with him is great - The crew is professional, courteous, punctual, and take tremendous pride in their work. A terrific job from start to finish - I could not be more pleased! This company goes above and beyond and definitely exceeds any and all expectations.

After Hurricane Harvey I had many leaks in my roof of my house and barn. After vetting 15 different roofers, Texas Engineered Roofing and General Contracting was one of my final 7 that I called and that actually showed up to their appointment. My contact was Matt (ask for him) and right off he was more knowledgeable about the process and his inspection of the roofs was way more thorough than anyone else (he actually got onto all areas of my house roof where the others just looked at it from the top of my garage.). He helped me in what do to file my claim and was there when the insurance adjuster came out. He was there through out the entire process, checking on workers, not only when they were working but afterwards to see what they had done /progress. I had damage inside my home from leaks in the roof. My barn roof is metal, my home roof is composite and the damage inside required replacing Sheetrock, texture and paint. All of their crews were FANTASTIC!! Their interior guys were awesome as not only were they able to fix the ceiling/wall water damage from my leaks but you cannot tell that work was done it is so flawless. Matching texture and colors of paint is hard and you can hope for close at best - these guys were perfect!! No lines from where the texture texture is and the old undamaged starts.. Both roofs are beautiful! Texas Engineered Roofing was able to handle all of my needs, my thousand of questions and I only had to deal with them (Matt) and not several other contractors or worrying about proper insurance for everyone. I call it one stop shopping. They warranty their work for 2 years and the couple of small issues that occurred from the roofing of my house (which is gonna happen) they took care of immediately and never asked for money other than down payment for securing the job and materials until everything things was 100% complete and I was satisfied. I have recommended them to my aunt for work on her tile roof and other friends. I would recommend Texas Engineered Roofing and General Contracting to everyone!!

Texas Engineered Roofing is highly professional. Ryan was my contact; puntual, responsive and goes beyond the call of duty. Came by 18 months after roof was installed and with Hurricane Harvey did a inspection and addressed some very minor issues that was Hurricane related with very high wind speeds. These folks will do an excellent job and perform their work and provide service support to the highest of professional standards.
