Mike and Mike were very present during the entire process. Their cabinet guy, JJ, was fantastic. Our job built stain grade cabinet are so amazing. He also added some unique features shown in the photo's. His craftsmanship is beautiful. The tile subcontractor was not so easy to work with. We would hire Mike and Mike again on future projects, because they made every effort to make our house a home again.

Mike did a great job. Even though we experienced a couple of weather delays Mike was always coming by, calling or texting to check in and keep me updated. His contractors did quality work and even with the weather delays finished the garage within my timetable. I was also impressed with the quality of the windows and rollup garage door I had installed.

I was preparing to sell my town-home and it needed outside repairs so did some research and found Sullivan Construction. Mike came out right away to take a look at what needed to be done and was able to give me an estimate by the following business day. His crew began working right away and the job was completed as promised. They replaced all of the old exterior siding with new hardilap siding and trim. They also replaced the 2nd and 3rd floor balcony decks and finished with painting everything according to code. They started promptly at 8am each morning and were finished by the time I got home from work. The crew was very respectful to cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day. I had several nice compliments on a job well done. I will use Sullivan Construction again if needed in the future and recommend them highly as it's hard to find a good honest company these days.

Mike did a wonderful job of coordinating between the contractors to assure all jobs were completed on time. He was always available for questions and concerns and was always willing to make changes when needed. The prices reasonable and competitive with other bid. Mike truly cared about the quality and completion of the projects.

It went well. He kept me up to date on everything and stayed in budget. He really worked with me on the payments as this was financed through a 203k loan which can get pretty tricky. He was easy to work with and kept his word. Even when we ran into problems he was right there to walk me through it. I actually plan on using him again and have already referred him to my friends.

The support/beam in attic was installed first and then the wall was removed. The job was flawless and all the demo'd wall was hauled off and the area was properly cleaned afterwards.

Working with Mike Sullivan was a pleasure! He was prompt and completed project in reasonable timeframe with no "do-overs! Everything went smoothly with no delays. We were able to relax and had no worries or concerns. Mike took care of everything from start to finish. We are very happy with Mike Sullivan's work and would definitely recommend his work.

Mike showed up as promised and on time for each meeting. Initial proposal was completed with some missing items. Had Mike come out to discuss the missing items so he could update proposal. During the meeting, I mentioned that some of his items were kinda high, but did not ask him to reduce his costs. I did ask him to find an alternative supplier for the expensive counter supplier and cabinet installer who I had had a previous problem. He said he would do so. Rather than doing as he said agreed he sent me a text the next day saying he sent an email withdrawing his proposal as he is not making enough money on the project. The email said: "After careful consideration I have decided to withdraw my estimate from consideration for your project. I’m comfortable with the sub-contractors that I use and I’m not interested in making any changes. Thank you, Mike" So, I called Mike to find out what is going on. He said he was only interested in working on high profit projects and he was no longer interested with the project and that I should go start my own company. I am not telling him how to run his business, however he had not even started the project and was already complaining about how little he was making. I did tell him it was not about price with me, it was about who could actually deliver on the project. So, if you decide to use Sullivan Construction, just be aware he will be adding at least 20%+ mark up on any project work.

They were ok; I just had to stay on them. He was just kind of poorly organized. The work was satisfactory, but getting the work done was a chore.
