very fast and professional, this is the second time we have used this company. We will use them again if needed.

They did a good job. They put in very high quality hot water tanks. It was leaking and they came out the same day. It was very unusual and we didn't expect that. The quality of their work was very good. They put in green hot water tanks which were the top line hot water tanks. They gave me some discounts. I could get it done cheaper somewhere else, but I got what I wanted to be done.

good fast service. Called other plumbers and they told me tghey could come out next monday, well we would like to use our toilet before then... so we called Red Lion plumbing and they were on the spot in less than 45 minutes and completed the needed repairs within a couple of hours. Friendly tech, professional and efficient.

The work they did was good, but they did leave a mess behind. I would use them again, but I would stay on top of their messiness.

Our old water heater sprung a leak, so I gave them a call. Their name is Red Lion but they might just as well call themselves Red Lightning: They had the new water heater (Rheem) in place and humming within 2 hours of my call. Awesome!! They were the nicest guys, very professional, very efficient, and left behind a very clean site (and hauled off that old water kettle). Can't say enough good stuff about them. The price seemed a wee bit on the high side, but not unreasonably so - hey, beggars can't be choosers! I certainly appreciate the speed over that topic.

This is a family-owned business, and it was a pleasure to support them! Charlotte was a pleasure to deal with on the phone ... friendly and knowledgeable. She set up our appointment for a convenient time, and her husband came when promised and performed the work quickly and professionally. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others!

Good experience. Charlotte was very easy and pleasant to work with. She sent her husband who brought a lot of tools that would be used for a difficult gas line leak with pipe intersections. It required some specific saws to cut without damaging other pipe. It was efficiently taken care of in an hour in a half. They arrived early and called ahead to see if that was convenient. Very good work.

Called at 8:am and they were here about 10:00am and had finished by 10:30. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves and resolved issue very quickly. Have used them before, always prompt and professional, would recommend them highly.

They were able to fit me in and replaced both of my water heaters quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the price and experience

All in all an excellent experience. Charlotte, one of the owners and the dispatcher, was very easy and pleasant to work with. She got a plumber out to the house on the day I called, and while the work couldn't be done that day, I was kept apprised of the time table and what I needed to do with my insurance company. Jim and Mike, the plumbers, were professional and friendly and thoroughly explained what needed to be done, the best way to do it. They kept things clean and tidy. My insurance adjuster commented favorably on the way the work was performed, especially the way the pipe was insulated and on the shut-off valve they installed that gave me quick and easy access. He said the quality of the work seemed to be excellent and the cost was right. I would definitely use Red Lion again and recommend it to others.

Red Lion was very accurate on their estimate, and provided the services neatly and swiftly. They could not have been easier and more professional to work with, and we were extremely pleased with the way they installed our water softner.

Jim was great to work with. We did the remodel in conjunction with the needed re-pipe of my old home. He met with the designer and myself and we actually made a change in the plans due to his input. Jim is very professional and an honest man. He got the work done and everything looks great! He will come back for the trim out once everything in the kitchen is finished. I highly recommend him.

Red Lion was great! We noticed a leak under our kitchen sink and gave them a call on Monday morning. They had someone out to look at it that same morning. Turns out it was the garbage disposal that had a leak. They gave us advice on what to buy at Home Depot. We bought it later that morning and gave Red Lion a call back to get the replacement scheduled. They came out that same day to install the new disposal. I call that GREAT service!

We purchased and moved into an older home in early July only to discover that there was no cold water in the master bath suite. We called in another plumber (YB Plumbing) who told us that we should re-plumb the entire house at a cost of $8-10,000. After 2 agonizing weeks of trying to figure out how we would come up with the money, we called Red Lion Plumbing to get a 2nd opinion/quote. He was awesome -- found the shut off valve in the attic that the previous owners had turned off (!!), repaired a few small leaks, inspected the pipes in general, suggesting we should NOT replace the pipes as we had COPPER pipes. All problems fixed for $145. And a nice guy to boot. We will use them again and again and again.

Made initial contact via Angie's List web site late evening and got a telephone call back the next morning to confirm my requested appointment time. Jim M. arrived as scheduled and proceeded to replace the leaking ice maker water supply valve. He was very careful while draining the line to avoid getting any water on the floor. In no time at all the job as done, water turned back on, and was bleeding the line of air. Jim stayed the whole time to make sure everything was OK. Cost was exactly as quoted on the phone. Since Red Lion is in my general area, I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the Tomball, Magnolia, Montgomery area. A job well done.

What was wonderful about them is they inspected, without destroying my bathroom, everything including where the leaks were coming from and found the leaks were mainly coming from the toilet seal and the ring needed to be replaced. They tested under the foundation and looked at the pan. I found them to be so honest. They coordinated back and forth on the work needed with the tile provider so I didn't have to. This was wonderful and they would even stop by to talk with the tile guys.

First of all, he was able to come the day I called, which I did not expect. His work was excellent, as usual. I cannot say enough about his courtesy and professionalism. It is the second time he has done work for me and I was just as pleased this time as the first. He is on my permanent list of " Who To Call" when I have plumbing problems of any kind.

They came in, evaluated, gave me price and I accepted the price. They did the job and left. They were very polite and professional.

Red Lion came out to our home to repair an active leak. The serviceman identified the simple problem and then claims to have rung the doorbell and knocked on the door repeatedly to provide my wife with a price quote for repair. My wife was in the backyard for a very short period of time and it is possible she did not hear the doorbell ring or knocking on the door. The serviceman knew my wife was at home, but rather than call her on the provided phone number or check the backyard, he left. My wife called the office when she saw that the serviceman's truck had left and the lady at the office blamed my wife and said that they couldn't come out to repair the issue for another 3 days. Red Lion took no accountability for the situation (I guess that's because the serviceman was the son of the lady at the office), nor did Red Lion show any concern for the fact that we have an active leak that can't be remedied without shutting off water to the entire home. We waited 4 days to get them out to the house in the first place. For a company in the business of servicing clients, they flat out stink -- they may have other good ratings from customers, but when a situation arises where they are in the wrong or an inconvenience to their schedule exists, they will care and think only of themselves. Those are the undisputable facts.

Arrived on time and went right to work. I was expecting more of a problem since this was not the first time I have had this problem. Upon his inspection he told me that my toilets were not shimmed and they should be. 30 minutes later he was done. The toilets are still tight and you don't rock and roll. I was well satisfied with the work. I wished I had called them out several years ago with the problem first started, since the other plumbing companies could not make this simple repair and charged alot more money.

Very easy to work with. They are busy, so had to wait my turn, but just a week. The men were prompt, did a great job and cleaned up pretty well. I was very happy with their work and plan to use them again if I need more work done.

They arrived and replaced one tank the same day as I called (it was leaking). It is a father son team and mother at the office. They were very pleasant, prompt, knowledgable and quick. They returned the next week to replace the other tank the next week and again were very reliable and good. They charged me $400 less than the other company quoted and did the two jobs in less time. I would definitely use them again.

Everything was great. The plumber was professional and punctual, did excellent work, and was very thorough when answering my questions. It was such a good experience that I've had them back for additional work.
