I give them all A's! They asses the issue well and don't make things up. They response quickly and just wonderful. It's a family owned company and not out to fleece you.

Awful. I explained the problem. The technician came down and told me he replaced the thermocouple and I owed him $300. 4 hours later I still didn't have hot water. I called. They told me that I probably need a new water heater and they would not apply the $300 towards the new one. And they can't return a used thermocouple to the vendor. So I paid $300 for a copper wire, wasted one day of vacation and have no hot water. Not happy.

I called Red Lion and spoke to Charlotte. She was very friendly and set up a fast appointment with her husband, Jim. Jim came right out. He was friendly and highly competent. He quickly found and fixed the problem. The quality and price were exactly what I expected to pay. They are now our go-to plumbing team. This is an A+ plus company that you should contact for quick, friendly, reliable and most important, trustworthy plumbing solutions.

Friendly. On time. Got the old one out. New one in. No damage to anything (stairs or halls). Price was competitive.

They arrived on time, were prompt and efficient. These people really know what they are doing and they are a family owned business that gives great customer service. I would definitely use them again for any type of plumbing job.

Family business - talked with co-owner about what I had done. She got in touch with all the right people and the other co-owner came out in about 2 hours and brought a new holder. Since they normally come as part of the installation kit, they are working with the supplier to determine next step on cost. Put the part in for me while it is sorted out (even though it was my fault). He even made me feel better about having dropped it in the ONE spot where it would break. He checked the system, cleaned some aerators and discussed plumbing issues with an older home (no sales pitch - just answered my questions). Made sure everything was in good working order before he left. Dealing with them has always been a pleasure as well as a job well done.

I had experienced a couple of instances of pin-hole leaks in some copper pipes that were imported about 13 years ago when my house was built. (I am the second owner). No appreciable damage was done due to the pipes being just outside the house. But I felt it best to get all the pipes replaced in case further instances should occur inside. The Red Lion staff guys were very efficient and fast (took 3 1/2 days) and kept me posted on the progress of the job. They used the pex plastic pipes and did all the preliminary work before starting the connections, which meant I was without water for only one night. They were very respectful of our wooden floors and worked to minimize the number of cuts in the sheetrock, thus saving me expense on the sheetrock/painting job that followed. Since I have a well they also recommended a filter for the well water as well as a device that keeps the calcium from forming scale but without softening the water (which is what I wanted). I have had it in place for two weeks and I can already see a reduction in the scaling in the toilets and I don't get that slimy feeling after showering that comes with soft water. They were also kind enough to flush my hot water heater before they left. They are truly a service oriented company.

The plumber was on time, found leak quickly, repaired it, Turned on water and checked work. We will do business with them again!

When contacted for a service call, they would not quote a service call fee; said charges were calculated by the job. Original placement of toilet incorrectly installed. Plumber had to remove toilet, replace wax ring, reset the toilet and caulk. Excellent job! Excellent service! However, the job took less than an hour and I felt the price was too high!

Red Lion Plumbing is the best plumbing service I have ever dealt with!!

We originally contracted with Red Lion to replace our gas-fired water heater - no small feat considering it's in the attic, which is crammed full of duct work and AC/furnace equipment. We were so happy with their work, and our interaction with them, that we've since had them replace the toilet in our master bathroom and, most recently, repair a leaking water line in our front yard. They will continue to be our "go-to" guys for all plumbing-related issues.

They did a great job. They were on time, professional and very neat. My tanks were bad off but they managed to get them drained and removed. They gave me recommendations on keeping them clean and when to flush them. I will definitely call them again for my plumbing services. Thanks again for doing a wonderful job.

We had developed several pin hole leaks in the house as the 55 year old galvanized pipe was coming to the end of it's useful life. Rather than spend the next several years dealing with one leak after an other, we decided to repipe. Red Lion was not the low bidder, (we had 3), but the only one where we were dealing with the owner. Good thing...Owner Jim Moncrief and his two sons, Michael and Jason did a first class job on a project that had many unexpected twist and turns. Jim has been in the business since the 70's and knows his stuff. Michael works with him fulltime and Jason part time when his not being a fireman and teaching fire fighting. These are good folks !

We are very pleased with the job Jim did. His wife, Charlotte, was also extremely helpful.

I called Red Lion Plumbing out to my home for a possible sewer problem/leak. They arrived at my home promptly and proceeded to evaluate my issues by checking sewage, fixtures and gas appliances throughout the house. They couldn't detect a leak or stoppage source and determined that the issue was not isolated to my home and that the smell was more than likely coming through the ducts on ceiling and into my house. They also made a few recommendations that were not even affiliated with my initial call. To boot, they were really very honest! I really enjoyed doing business with this company and will call them whenever I have plumbing needs.

It went well. They were there early or on time and knocked out the work pretty quickly. They were very fair on pricing. Good sense of humor and very friendly. I would definitely recommend using them and have used them again since the initial visit.

I was a little disappointed in the 150.00 one hour min charge, because he wasn't there 20 min and it was fixed. but its fixed and that's all that mattered. I will probably use again, just hope I don't have another pipe break, but they do warranty their work so overall it was a good experience. The employee was professional and explained everything and checked out the rest of the plumbing made sure everything was tight.

The owners and employees of Red Lion were very honest and reasonably priced. This seems like a family owned business and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with their work. Would recommend to anyone.

I called them first thing (before they opened). They called me back quickly, came out, talked me through everything and even identified a roof leak that I didn't know I had. (Rain, rain, go away!) Professional, knowledgable, neat, communicative. For an unexpected/unplanned thing to happen (leak), it was well handled and I will definitely use them again in the future, although I really hope I don't have to!

I have two water heaters connected in series in the attic. Both were ten years old and one busted. I called Red Lion Plumbing as I had used them before and was happy with their service. The lady on the phone was very polite and professional. I called just a little after noon, and they were able to get to me within two hours, which I really appreciated. One gentleman arrived and started draining the water heaters while the other gentlemen went to the warehouse to get the replacements. By the time the first gentleman was done, the second was at the house with the replacements and they started the removal/installation preocess. They completed the job within a few hours, cleaned up behind themselves and took the old water heaters with them. Throughout the service, they were professional, polite and informative. I had hot water within a few hours. Red Lion is now my "go to" plumber!

They showed up on time and went to work. Both faucets were replaced with new drains and supply hoses. The area was clean and neat when they left. There was one small issue I discovered after they left and I called and they returned with in an hour and fixed the issue. I had used Red Lion before to replace my water heater and I had the same kind of service.
