Description of Work: Installed a new water heater in the attic. The installation was very efficient and they were very helpful answering any questions I had. Before they left, I asked about the yearly maintenance and they explained how to do it which sounds very easy. I was very happy with the service and the quickness. I would definitely use them in the future for any plumbing issues.

Description of Work: We had a pipe leaking, and Red Lion was unable to pinpoint the leak for repair. We are due a whole house repipe anyway, and because of this they did not charge us for this call. Everything went fine. We will likely use this company for our whole house repipe.

Description of Work: Installed 40 gallon Rheem water heater. Installed new water heater and removed old one in less than an hour. Even took the time to show us how to perform yearly maintenance on it and to check roof connection to make sure there would be no leaking.

Description of Work: He replaced the kitchen faucet, replaced faucets for washing machine and replaced another faucet outside by the kitchen window. He did a good job for a reasonable price.

Description of Work: They went out of their way to find a way to figure out how to drain our hot water heaters. Also located a minor running toilet. I had them fix though the price was high.

Description of Work: Plumber bid $1200 to replace 50 ft of exposed galvanized pipe. Googled it and did work ourselves in 45 minutes with $80 worth of parts. Must be nice to get $1000 profit on 1 hour's work.

Description of Work: I've had Red Lion come out twice for repair work/replacement of the three toilets in my house. They are timely, professional and very reasonably priced. Pleasure to do business with this family-owned group. Defintely recommend them.

Description of Work: They found the cause of the Sheetrock dampness inside our master bedroom closet. It was coming from the Evaporator air vent in the attic that was dripping slowing. |-Corrected the faucet water line pipe creating a grumbling noise when the hot water is turn on. |FREE tip; make sure that your water cutoff valve under your sink needs to be turn FULLY open to prevent the pipe and walls from shaking hard.

Description of Work: Red Lion plumbing replaced a broken kitchen faucet and was honest enough to recommend having my cracked acrylic bath tub fixed rather than spending thousands of dollars to replace it. I followed those advice and am very thankful for their honesty! That is so hard to find these days! They were also very professional and polite!

Description of Work: They looked at my hot water heaters and hunted down the source of running water noise. An estimate was provided within 20 minutes and a follow up service appointment was agreed on. They will return to replace the hot water heaters and repair the pipes. I'll update my review after that.

Description of Work: We had been trying to find a leak from our master bathroom shower for months. Two other plumbers couldn't identify the problem and simply told us we'd have to tear out the entire shower, which would have cost us a lot. Jim and Mike spent over two hours looking for the problem. Thinking and testing the pipes in a logical way. They discovered that it was not in the plumbing but in the way the shower was installed and we only needed to properly seal the shower. Saved us a bunch of money and trouble. That kind of honesty and candour is very very rare. Can't speak highly enough about this company!

Description of Work: I made an appointment by phone. Two men arrived to attend to the jobs that needed attention. I had made these known to the receptionist when I made the appoinment. The items on the list were: faucets replaced (2 bathroom and 1 kitchen); Tighten a hard to access laundry tub connection; install a new water supply connection for a commode (the original part was broken); I had my hot water heater looked at to receive advice regarding its condition. The company was highly rated on Angie's, and I am completely satisfied with the work that was performed.
