They came out the same day I called and completed the work within two hours of the call. They were fast, competent, and polite. They did quality work and I trust them to come out in the future for more work.

On-time, reasonable cost, and were done in less than 1 hour.

They are always polite when I call and fairly accurate about their arrival times.

They were out two different times for me. They were very friendly, arrived promptly and they don't try to sell you things that you don't really need. They were okay.

I called Red Lion for an estimate for installation of a new water heater (ours was 13 yrs old and making sinister noises). I gave them the specs (50 gal.) and received an estimate the same day. Installation was scheduled for a few days later. The work was neat, clean and professional, and I will call them again for any plumbing needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very honest. Previous plumber had told me I needed a new toilet ring. Red Lion said I did not need a new one. I appreciated their honesty and trusted their recommendation on the types of faucets to buy.

The cheapo supply line the builder used in my hot water heater developed a pin-hole leak. This caused water to be sprayed 10' in every direction in the attic. Called Red Lion Plumbing and they sent a guy out the same day. Fixed the problem in about 15 minutes.

Came when called. Did the work. Husband says Excellent, Superb, Great Fantastic! Already had another company out who our Home Warranty Company had sent out. They had did some work that was not covered by the warranty and didn't fix the problem. Twice the other company had come out. We were frustrated. Joined Angie's List. Found Red Lion.

Called Saturday morning for clogged toilet and broken faucet. Jim came out within an hour and fixed the toilet and gave advise on the faucet. Very nice, professional and polite. And came on a Saturday...same day!

My daughter asked for the name of a plumber from Angie's List. Naturally, being my daughter, I wanted to give her the name of a company that would provide great service and be reasonable in cost. I was at her home when Red Lion came to do the work. They called on their way to let us know they would arrive shortly, were very personable and nice, and fixed both problems perfectly. We will definitely use them again and gladly refer them to our friends.

These people clearly did not want my business.....I called and asked if they could come out on a saturday. They said they only do work on weekends if it is an emergency....I told them it's kind of an emergency only because I travel and the only time I am home is on saturdays and sundays, therefor there would be absolutely no other way it would get done, if not on a weekend. Then the woman said "oh...well we charge extra on weekends anyways" just looking for any excuse not to come out and help me out....not to mention, it was a five-ten minute job.....I will not be using them or recomending them, that "A" is not deserved.

We called the company and they immediately picked up the phone. While we were giving our contact information, we lost our phone signal. They immediately called us back and we finished setting up our appointment. The morning of the appointment, we received a call that the technician was headed to our house. The technician arrived on time and immediately started investigating the problem. We thought there was only 1 leak source. The technician found a secondary leaking pipe upstairs in the master bedroom. He also found another plumbing problem we had but never addressed. Once everything was fixed we were finally able to use the master bathroom without causing more damage. Once we received the bill, we were relieved that it didn't exceed the projected $500.

After the installation of the sink, the appliance installers came to install the dishwasher and noticed a bit of water leaking from one of the newly installed valves. I called Red Lion to ask the to schedule a trip to fix the problem, and they came immediately and fixed the problem. Jim and Mike were totally professional and did a good job of installing the plumbing on my very tight remodel schedule, They quickly responded to my leak issue and got it resolved. They were very careful to make sure there was no water left on the floor or in the cabinets. The two guys and their office manager were a delight to work with. I will use them again.

A water leaked developed in the wall behind a shower. We agreed on an original service time. They arrived later than originally agreed, although the schedule slipped, their office kept us informed as to when to expect them at our location. The location of the leak, in a pipe located between the external brick wall and the internal shower wall, was in a difficult location. They gained access to the leak by removing a couple of bricks. Brick removal was done without any additional damage. Internal to the house a small section of sheetrock was removed. The leak was repaired in a short amount of time. They installed insulation in the location of the bricks that were removed until it could be repaired by others. Caused a necessary but minimal amount of damage to the house considering the location of the leak. They cleaned up the work area before they left. Provided very good service.

A downstairs toilet had been slow for a while and then it was stopped up; I'd tried all the things I could think of to unstop it. I went to Angie's List and found an A rated plumber and sent an email pretty late the night of the 3rd. I got a call the following morning and got the service scheduled right away. The plumbers fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and it's been fine since. And the charge was extremely reasonable. I found the plumber who came and person from their office who called to schedule the service extremely thoughtful and pleasant to work with. I would recommend them without question and will definitely use them again.

Great service and professional job. I was pleased with the person who answered the phone, discussed my problem and estimated arrival time. She also called later to advise changes in arrival times so I knew when to expect them. The owner of the business and his son arrived and did a very professional job. They removed the leaky disposal and replaced the leaky kitchen faucet within an hour. They also discovered a further problem in the pipes behind the wall and had to use a roto-rooter type device to clear the lines. I also asked them to install a water filter I had purchased on the kitchen faucet and the bathroom shower. I enjoyed having them do the work and they were very cordial and cleaned everything up after their work. I would certainly call on them again.

They came to the house on two occasions. I found them to be very honest and actually cared about the customer. I would certainly use them again.

My wife and I Moved in to our mothers home in October to take it on as our own home. The house was built in 1982 and all of the pipes were galvanized. Just about everything was severely rusted and on the verge of leaking again. I called Red Lion Plumbing ad spoke with Charlotte who was wonderful. She let me know that they would be out the next day for an estimate. Mike and Jim showed up in the scheduled time frame and took a look, they let me know about what work they would and would not do, how long it would take, as well as an accurate estimate. They were very honest, professional, and trustworthy. Mike and Jim have a lot of experience and definitely know what they are talking about! They gave me a flat estimate and told me that the amount they quote me is the amount I would pay and nothing more- no hidden fees or extra charges. And that was exactly true, the price didn't change, I paid the exact amount. Throughout the re-pipe project I asked them if they could install new faucets and toilets for the house. They had no problem with doing that and once again gave me an estimate that I paid, nothing more. They also cleaned up after themselves after each work day, and took out the old pipes and fixtures to the curb for trash collection! To put it simply, my experience with Red Lion Plumbing was outstanding and I will use them again in an instant. I recommend them to anyone!

I had Centerpoint come out to check my house for leaks and they found a problem with my 14 year old gas water heater. I called a large national home improvement store to get a replacement and they scheduled for someone to come out the following day. When they arrived they told me my set-up was incorrect and that there were at least $500 of additional costs over their initial price, plus I needed to call a roofer seperately to get a roofer to come drill a hole in the roof to route a new flue. I wasn't sure if this was correct, so I called around some plumbers from Angies List, but it was after 5pm and all I got was answering machines. Red Lion called me back quickly and when I explained the situation Jim told me that he could come out the next day. I was very appreciative of the responsiveness, as I had, by this time, been without hot water for about 4 days. I took some photos of my set-up on my camera phone and emailed the photos to Jim and he confirmed that he could install the equipment needed without too much extra work or expense. Jim annd his wife were very helpful and we exchanged a few phone calls to get the right water heater etc. as my access door was narrow, so I wanted to get the right size unit. In the day, Jim and his son-in-law came to install the water heater. He was very friendly and knowledgable and I took the opportunity to pick their brains about some other plumbing related questions, which they were happy to answer. I mentioned that our AC system had a problem and his son-in-law took a look at my AC system and fixed it on the spot while they were there. It was a really simple fix, but an AC company may have charged me a fee to do this. They took no extra money for this work. The area was kept very tidy and I felt really positive about the way they approached their work. Jim is a true gentleman and I will use Red Lion for any future plumbing needs that I have.

Returning from an extended trip I found a stain in the master bathroom ceiling, assuming it was a possible leak from the upstairs bathroom I called to schedule a visit. They were scheduled to come out today but then called that they had an emergency call to tend to. No problem since mine was clearly not an urgent problem. They called back shortly, the other emergency had been solved so were on the way. Mike & Jim explored both bathrooms to see what could be the cause of the problem. They found the vent thingy in the bathtub that is located right under the faucet was turned up the wrong way, allowing water to get in. They took it off, checked the seal and tightened everything up. He checked the other upstairs bathtub to make sure it didn't have the same problem. We discussed options: wait to see if the problem was fixed, or they could cut through the Sheetrock to see if indeed there was some other issue. Since I've had a reaction to mold in the past I decided to have them cut the ceiling to make sure there was not a bigger issue up there. They discovered that the leak was not from a plumbing problem but is due to missing/broken flashing on the roof. They were very professional and took the time to clean-up and make sure all my doors were locked when they left.

This is the second time we have used them. They came within a couple of hours after my call to them. They fixed the clog in 15 minutes. Very responsive. On time and they do great work. What else could you ask in a plumber? I have found my plumber for life!

I discovered what I thought was a leak under my kitchen sink on Saturday,Oct.6,2012. After calling several plumbing companies, I decided to go with The Red Lion plumbing company because they were close to my location. When I called, I spoke to the plumber who was on call. I explained what I thought my problem to be, and he indicated he was headed to another call,but would call me back. I asked him if there would be a special charge since it was the weekend. He said the weekend charge was $85. So I set up the repair call. He called when he was on his way, to get my address. He was at my door in 30 minutes. This,I thought was good. He checked out the problem and found the leak to be coming from the plate that holds the faucets. There was a slight crack between the plate & the sink. He said there was nothing he could do to stop it. I asked him to use silicone to at least stop the leak. He said he could not.So I then asked him to at least stop the slight drip in the faucet. He changed both faucet seats and the leak is gone. Thank you. Then he told me what this work would cost. $280!!!!!! I almost had a heart attact! I questioned the charges and indicated that he told me the weekend charge would be $85 plus the cost of the repair. He told me that the charge,just to show up to my door is $195!!!! Plus the weekend charge of $85!!! He NEVER mentioned the $195 service call charge on the front end of our negotiations. If he had,I certanly would NOT have used this company. He told me that the $195 service call fee was company policy and there was nothing he could do about it. He then said he would give me a $20 discount as a new customer. Thus bringing the tolal cost of this simple repair to $260!! I paid it very reluctantly. He should have made the charges clear on the front end of our negotiations. $195 to show up at your door.no work done is outragous!!! Then to tack on $85 more for weekend fee!!! Plus the cost of the repair. He said he would not charge me for the repair itself. Thank goodness.No telling how much this repair would have cost. Highway robbery.!!!I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!

I called about a leaking drain at 8:30 AM on Monday morning. Even though I told them it was not an emergency, they were on site by 2:00 PM that afternoon. They quickly found the problem and corrected it in about 15 minutes. I had to pay the minimum charge, but it was worth it for the quick response and the quick resolution. The two guys were personable and explained all that they were doing. Overall, a good experience.

The water heater had not been working properly even at a high setting and suddenly we had no hot water. I called Red Lion Plumbing and were able to come out within the hour. Mike and Jim showed up on time. Checked out the water heater, flushed it and relit the pilot. They monitored it for a little while to make sure it stayed lit. They also provided me with info on the age of the unit and advice on what to watch for. I would definitely use them again in the future.
