Repaired and replaced parts of sprinkler system. Removed dying oak tree and replaced with maple tree purchased through this company. Purchased pear tree from them, which they then planted for me. |Everything done in a day. Excellent service and terrific clean up afterwards.

I contacted Premium Outdoor and scheduled a time for someone to come out and check out my system. Although there were a few false starts in getting someone to come out (first, due to illness and at a later time, an injury) I was entirely satisfied with the professionalism and quality of work done. I was given an evaluation of the work that needed to be done and a good estimate of the actual cost for the work; parts and labor. I did have to call back several times to check on when someone could come out and I would have liked to be notified and kept informed as to when someone would be out. All in all, however, I was pleased and the cost seemed reasonable. (I used another company before, for repairs--paid more and was not at all happy with the service I received and the work was very poor.). I would use Premium Outdoor again and recommend them to my friends.

They did a fine job, I have no issues with any of their work. Completed the job in one day. After Premium finished it was difficult to tell any work was done. All the sod was back in place and watered in. I would recommend this company.

they came out the day after i called to give the estimate. we had it that afternoon. we scheduled them to come and do the services about 2 weeks after we chose them. it took them a day and a half to finish the job. the site was always clean and they were professional.

Their service was great. I am very happy with them. I dealt with Michelle and she was really thorough. She came by several times to make sure things were done right. Afterwards she would stop by to make sure everything was working correctly, like our sprinkler system. They were really good.

They have always been prompt and cost effective. Would highly recommend. We've used Premium Outdoor a number of times over the past two years.

Everything about Michelle and Premium Outdoor is professional and personable. She worked with what we needed and what the community can afford. She told us next year if additional funds are available she can always add them later. We have a unique situation because we have no water available as the well that fed the entrance signs dried up then the sprinkler lines were destroyed when a new parking lot was put in. So we needed plants that would survive on what Mother Nature provides. She put down a double layer weed barrier under the bull rock as well. So now our signs look very nice and we will surely call her next year if we have funds available for more plants. So we have native grass, yucca and bull rock around each sign. She also pulled up old sprinkler heads and old lights that no longer work. We don't have electricity to the entrance signs either. But Michelle and her guys did a wonderful job of improving the look of our signs with limited resources that she had to work with. She has a full service landscape and lawn service business. She also does sprinkler repair. If we had water, we would have had her fix our sprinklers. Thank you for your efforts to help our small community.

The quality of work and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Premium Outdoor did additional work to improve the aesthetics of the landscaping at no additional cost; and, the work was completed in one day. Micehlle (the owner) pesonally supervised the work and was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole project.

They contacted me that day at about noon and they were out at my house that same day at 4pm; I was very impressed. They were a very nice couple and they fixed the problem right away and then stayed and checked all my other sprinklers. They also asked me how long each station was being watered and informed me I was watering some of my lawn too much and then gave me recommendations on what I should do instead.

THIS IS A PERSON YOU DO NOT WANT TO HIRE UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED FOR A VERY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE. HE IS UNRELIABLE, IRRESPONSIBLE, LAZY, *EXPLETIVE* AND A MAJOR RIP OFF. HE DOESN'T HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE TO DO THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER AND HE TREATS HIS HELP POORLY. HIS ONE HELPER DID MOST OF THE WORK. WHAT REALLY TAKES THE CAKE IS THAT WHEN MY HUSBAND & I REALIZED HE WAS NOT GOING TO GET DONE BEFORE DARK WE STARTED HELPING WITH THE PLANTING THEN 3 MORE OF OUR FRIENDS PITCHED IN AND WHILE WE WORKED IN THE DARK HE AND HIS WIFE WERE WATCHING US AND CHATTING ABOUT THE BILL. WE HAD TO USE THE LIGHT FROM THE VEHICLES TO FINISH. HE DIDN'T CALCULATE MATERIALS CORRECTLY AND THEN HE HAD THE GALL TO CHARGE FOR THE WORK AS IF HE HAD DONE IT ALL. NEVER APOLOGIZED OR CARED. WHAT A RIP OFF. I PAID HIM JUST GET HIM OUT OF MY SIGHT. WHAT STARTED OUT TO BE $650 TO $700 TURNED INTO $941.65. HE DIDN'T EVEN OFFER TO DISCOUNT FOR OUR OWN WORK. BEWARE OF THIS CROOK!!! HE ALSO DOES LAWNS.
