 + -1 moreProject manager not as engaged as we needed him to be. Not enough oversight over subcontractors which resulted in quality issues that took beyond 6 months to address. Little to no communication about the timeline, when subcontractors would arrive, what the next steps were and when work was completed. Extremely stressful process caused by lack of engagement and communication.
