"They knocked down the hornets nest, however they do have a predatory contract. I only needed them for one thing. The contract has 4 check marks at which it appears that it is when you will be charged but the way you will be charged is monthly and not quarterly. Who needs a monthly pest subscription at $50 for 12 months? To break the contract is $200 so be aware and read the contract carefully. Hopefully theyll get a class action due to these practices. Good luck! "

"OMG !!!!! I have Hawx which I would NEVER EVER recommend to anyone. I work 12 hours a day , great sells technique to reel in customers, horrrible mistake. Little did I know I’m contracted to them. OSCAR E & OSCAR G were ANAZING !!!! Hawx kept telling me there was no issue when I knew what I was experiencing. In little as 5 minutes I see these amazing men doing things I never seen Hawx do in 7 months. They kept telling me there was no issues but never serviced inside like I asked for repeatedly!!!! And I mean repeatedly. I’m a single woman with a service dog in Houston with no family to call when I’m terrified of anything. Bulwark found multiple activity and got to WORK like it was their home. I will never ever go anywhere else considering I’m getting the same techs not different ones who are barely learning making me feel like I’m crazy. I legit cried in front of them of happiness, when they confirmed everything I was experiencing. I’ve been living in a hotel & still paying rent was the last thing I wanted when I came to Houston with my service dog. Working 12 hours a day at a Hospital & Scared shitless to even step in my home when I was informed about a rodent issue. I can go on and on but definitely telling my family to cancel Hawx and get to Bulwark. Amazing work!!!!!!!! Very professional. A blessing I got these men for my visit. Thank you guys so much !!!!!!!"

They came out a few days after i called on and gave me an estimate on 6-29-20 and set a live trap in the attic, caught the racoon, humanely released it in the woods 5 miles away, re-set the trap, caught a 2nd racoon, came the next day and released that raccoon in the woods, and then caught a third racoon and released it accordingly. Then they set traps in the attic for smaller varmits. And I had Chris put up a dozen metal grills to cover the soffit openings that had been covered with screen for the last 40 years. I first noticed one broken screen 4 years ago and heard some noise in the attic periodically through the years. Wish I had called them in 2016. They also sprayed inside and that really took care of the roach problem! I never had it done before because of the dog, but that wasn't a problem because they used a pet-friendly pesticide. It all cost around $650 but was well worth it."
