Our first appt was cancelled due to weather and the second attempt wasn't rescheduled for another 9 days. Once they came out to do the inspection they were professional and appeared meticulous in their work. I had repairs that were needed and have been waiting a week and a half for an estimate. |

Description of Work: Confirmed appointment the day before. No show at appointed time. Called company, lady stated they were so back up with job. They completely have forgotten our appointment. Offered come end of day but no exact time. We decided to cancel with them and received refund.

Description of Work: I noticed a leak on my roof during a big storm. I purchased the coupon and contacted Modern Roofing and the service is scheduled for early afternoon. On the day of service, I waiting until late afternoon and the technician didn't came so I called their office and apparently my appointment is not in their system. However, the lady that I talked to contacted their technicians to see if one of them are available to come to my house. One of them actually came that day. He couldn't find any leak on the roof but he replace all caulking on my roof. A few days later, the leak happened again after another big storm. I called their office and the same technician was supposed to come back that day. He called me to say that he's coming. After a few hours, I called him to check but apparently he was working at another house. At 8PM, he called to say that he won't be able to make it that day and he agreed to come at 8AM the next day. On the next day, I waited until about 10AM and called their office because the technician didn't come to my house. When the technician finally came in the afternoon, he mentioned that he forgot that he agreed to come to my house at 8AM. He still couldn't find the leak but he put extra caulking on my roof. I haven't had any leaking issue since even during big storm so hopefully no issue going forward.

Description of Work: They were amazing, we had them scheduled for a minor roof leak prior to the major Houston storms. Our home sustained additional storm damage and they only charged us what was paid via the big deal promotion, despite having a 3 story 60' tall home and the additional storm damage repair. I would highly recommend - these guys are great!

Description of Work: Blew off pineneedles from roof. Cleaned outgutters which after all the rain even had some little sapplings growing. They did wonderful and very thorough job.

Description of Work: I purchased the certificate on June 9, I received a communication from the company that they were not available on the selected date and I responded back with alternate date. Is June 17 and I still have not heard back from them. It Is 6-17 and I have not heard back from them. due to more heavy rains,I had someone else come out last night.
