Description of Work: After numerous calls, texts, emails and AngiesList communications and a missed appointment, they finally showed up to do the roof tune-up. They did 90% of the work and said that they could not complete it because they needed a second man (which they did not bring). They explained that the roof was too steep to do alone. Since my roof is the same as the other 1000 homes in my community, why weren't they prepared to do the job? So I paid 100% for 90% of the work.

Description of Work: The work performed was fine but the contractor broke my shutter and not only did he not tell me about it, he tried to hide it.

Description of Work: "We have paid $149.00 for the big deal, which the value was supposedly $800.00. They sent someone out & gave an estimate for work that supposedly needed to be done -- let me be clear, the estimate & a little caulking is all we have received for the $149.00. We have tried repeatedly to schedule with them to perform the repairs, but there are only excuses when we do finally hear from them. The one time we actually got something scheduled, I stayed home all day & no one came & no one called. They finally answered my subsequent email and gave 2 more possible days when they could schedule the work again -- we were to be charged an additional $515.00 when the work was done, according to the estimate -- & they said no one needed to be home. I emailed back that that would be fine. Those 2 dates have come & gone. |My husband called yesterday morning & Nick Shirley called him back today -- at first didn't know what the job consisted of, but assured my husband the work had been done. |It hasn't. |My opinion of this deal? It was a joke on us. Do I think we should be refunded every cent of our money? Yes! |This is a combination of my & my husband's personal experience. |The limited experience we have had with the company, the personnel we have dealt with have been courteous to us; however, the work has NOT been done."

Description of Work: INSTALLED NEW SEAMLESS GUTTERS. IT LOOKS AMAZING AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT!! I AM SO HAPPY AND PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.

Description of Work: They did some minor gutter repair. I had them estimate some roof vent work when they were done, and I thought the estimate was too high and didn't hire them for the additional work.

Description of Work: They confirmed the date they would come out, but never the time. When I called to ask them what time I could expect them, they were not very prepared and seemed almost unsure that they could even send someone out on the already confirmed date. When the representative arrived he was very cordial and professional, however, after inspecting the roof he indicated that he didn't have matching roof shingles to replace a couple of broken ones. He ended up just moving some of our shingles around. It looked just okay. He spent about 30 to 35 minutes total at our home. We were promised that we would receive an email with pictures of the inspected, sealed and repaired areas, but we never received any other communications.
