Description of Work: Good experience. Added 30 foot of rain gutter and linked it to an existing gutter. The installer left small pieces of sheet metal on-site, which I had to cleanup to keep them away from small children.

Description of Work: Their service was "OK". They did the job they were hired to do. I would have expected/liked more communication during the process and about the process. There was no "de-briefing" after the service, i.e., it would have been nice to have had a conversation to know the condition of my gutters....if there were any issues....should I be aware of anything.... They came and announced they were there to clean out the gutters...they did the job and left, without any communication.

Description of Work: replaced gutters, repaired eaves in places. The major problem was communication with the people you needed to talk to. The crew that did the work did not take off the old gutters to put on the new. No final inspection of the work by the owners. Calls were from the office only and not the owners.

Description of Work: They patch the shingles, clean the gutters and replaced a fuchsia shingles that flew off into wind storm. Excellent work

Description of Work: They called me on their way over to the house on a day way before the scheduled date and when I returned the call they acted as if it was my mistake. Then they didn't call on the actual scheduled date and arrived at the one time I couldn't be there. They performed the roof inspection and repair but couldn't address my actual reason for calling since that was located inside on the ceiling. After my experience with this company to that point I elected to chock the money I paid as overpriced but adequate service and found another way to address my actual roof related repair. Very disappointed.

Glad to get the job done once they finally showed up. | |There were some weather delays but was not told that they had cancelled the appointment. Waited for them to show up without notice of cancellation.

Description of Work: Cleared my roof of debris. Job was done well once scheduled. Recommend calling providers before buying a Big Deal--this is the second time I've had trouble getting a big deal purchased through the List scheduled

Description of Work: Had the $149 Premium Roof Tune Up. Some initial confusion over the appointment date, but back on track and out quickly. Roofing inspected and some basic maintenance done. Andrew was on roof for a good while and I am hopeful this fixed the majority of the issues - 2 months and things seem better. Know that some siding, window trim and a few windows are in need of repair to rid our home of the remaining issues. Andrew I still have the charger for your drill that was left behind.
