Description of Work: I purchased a discount premium roof inspection which included a limited amount of repairs and replacement of shingles. They had to come back three times to make the repairs and I'm still left with a small leak. It's difficult to judge their performance on a large job but I would say they're not very interested in the small ones for a discount price.

Description of Work: My initial appointment was March 18. I was expecting a call before the roof inspection; instead a representative showed up unannounced, climbed up on my roof and tromped around for about 15 minutes and left without even knocking on my door to let me know he was here. It took two more weeks to get satisfactory service, but the fellow who came the second time gave me good service. When I decide to replace my roof, I will certainly consider this company.

Description of Work: They checked the roof and repaired a few areas where shingles were cracked. The worker took pictures of problem areas; and his boss was suppose to call back with a quote. My husband called twice to see if they had the quote, but we've never gotten a call back.
