Lots of promises, zero results.
Description of Work: Kept promising to show up, then made excuse after excuse. We were on a tight deadline prior to sale of our home. We final,y had to hire another company. Modern Roofing promised multiple times that they would issue a refund. Nothing. I am not sure this is even a real company. Could be a total scam.

Not good
Description of Work: The guy came up did the maintenance on my flat roof, he did minor maintenance for $399, he said that's not going to fix the problem perms barely. When I ask him for the full repair quote, he said it will be $7000, or put new roof will be $30,000, the flat roof area was about 5x6 small area, I didn't understand the quote. Also, he also said he will come back blow the leaves out the gutter, because I complained I spent money and didn't fix the problem. But he never came back or took my calls. If the maintenance cannot fix the problem, then you should let me know instead of do it and tell me it won't work.
