These folks are A+!!! Very responsive and professional. They cleaned my gutters and downspouts and removed just general roof debris....stick, twigs, etc.... While on my roof, Nick pointed out a couple areas in the flashing where the nails were coming up just a bit. He put the nails back down and sealed it so that water could not penetrate. Please don't hesitate to contact Modern Roofing for all things roof related!

Service provider was prompt, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. Woke up to a water leak in our bedroom. More rain in the forecast for tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday. Called Nick at Modern Roofing. He was busy and couldn't get to us until Monday so he sent his dad, Joe. Joe was there in about 30 minutes. He quickly found that squirrels had eaten thru the rubber gaskets around a water heater vent. Joe repaired it and checked all the others. Several had issues so he fixed those while he was here. Roof was wet and Joe slid around some but he checked each vent. Good folks!

The crew was very prompt and professional. They worked diligently to remove several years worth of pine needles and other roof debris, hauling away more than a dozen bags.

The gentleman arrived two hours late and had to come back the following day to finish the work as it got dark. Unfortunately, I was unable to speak with him the following day. He did not seam to speak much English. I was able to communicate with him in Spanish, which he seemed more comfortable with. I was doing some maintenance on a downspout about 3 weeks later and found it to be full of pine needles. It appeared as if it had not been cleaned at all. I haven't checked the other downspouts. I was disappointed that I was unable to discuss the condition of my roof with the gentleman who came out and that the downspout was not taken care of. I specifically asked about the downspouts and was told they would be cleaned. UPDATE---------------------- Nick, the owner, contacted me after he saw my not so positive review. He made sure the downspouts were cleaned and the roof cleaned again. He made every effort to make sure I was a satisfied customer and followed through after the work was done. I was very satisfied with the second visit. Thanks for resolving my issues!

Nick reached out and scheduled the service promptly and his team showed up, did the work and came back to finish the hooks at a later date (since I had not provided enough materials). Excellent experience, responsive provider, solid work as far as I can tell. I would recommend them.

They came out, checked everything, and did some minor repair work. They did a great job. They didn't up-charge me for anything which I appreciated.

Modern Roofing company provided quality work to fix my roof leaking. On 11/20/2014, the worker did work on the leaking, replaced some roof meterials, and then tested. The test result looks improved, but still has small drips. This morning, three service people continue work on the roof leak problem, they replaced more stuff on the roof, and worked professional. They have tested the roof, it looks great! If I have any roof problem for my house, I'll hire they again!

Nick was the salesman for my gutters and is also the owner of Modern Roofing. He was extremely professional and took his time measuring out all of the areas where I needed gutters. After accepting the proposal I was called the next day for scheduling and the work was performed within a week! There were no hidden costs, additional fee's, or problems that occurred during or after the job. I was very pleased with everyone I spoke with, the employees are all very polite and professional. Nick even stopped in to check the job out to make sure everything was alright and that I was happy with the work. This company showed that they really cared about customer service and bettering themselves, I would highly recommend for any gutter issues!

Went like clockwork. The gentleman was on time, did the work as expected and we were pleased that he went the extra mile and nailed down some loose shingles. Passed the Hubby Litmus Test. We want to use them for future work.

Everything went great. They showed up on time, worked dilligently even though it began to rain during the job, and the repairs have held up perfectly through several severe rain storms since without any leaks whatsoever. To top it all off, they were significantly lower priced than 2 other quotes I had recieved. I will not hesitate to use Modern Roofing again when the need arises.

I was very impressed with Modern Roofing. My gutters had not been cleaned for quite a while, so I bought an Angie's List special to clean the gutters in my 3950 sq foot house for $89. The crew leader, Andrew, and his crew arrived this afternoon and they were very professional. Andrew clearly explained what they were going to do, and executed perfectly. He found some minor issues on my roof, which he fixed, and an issue which he is going to provide a quote for. Unlike other companies reviewed on this site, there was no push for additional on-site expenditures. I even signed up to have them maintain my gutters. It's nice to see companies deliver in what they promise in a professional manner. They literally just left my house 30 minutes ago, and I have already recommended them to a friend. Great work.

We used Angie's list to contact Modern Roofing because they had excellent reviews and they did not disappoint! The phone responses were fast and we were able to get a quote within a couple of days. Both Nick and Susan(?) were very professional. Our service was scheduled for the following week. Once the men were on our roof, I think they discovered that the job was harder than they initially thought, but they did not charge us more. They wound up working long and h****** our roof. Overall, our experience was fantastic!

They arrived within the time-frame promised; the supervisor spoke with me to explain what they would do. They did a thorough cleaning of all the gutters, and even repaired loose gutters. Very professional and neat. Would recommend them to others, and would hire them again.
