Modern Roofing did a good job cleaning the gutters. I was not home when the guy arrived because he was about an hour late, but he started anyway and did a good job. I would use them again.

Did a very good job. Cleaned the roof of the house, detached garage, and all of the gutters. Removed some gutter screening, and hauled away all of the trash and debris.

We bought this deal for gutter cleaning. We were very satisfied with the service.

Two men came out and before I even knew it they were finished. They worked together and got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. Happy with this deal!

They left a small mess in the backyard which I feel could have been cleaned up; however, they did perform a great job of cleaning the gutters.

This job began as an effort to find out the source of a leak which was causing a stain in the ceiling of a first floor bedroom in a two story house. Joe Shirley, the father of Nick Shirley who manages the business, came out and quickly located the problem in rotten wood around a window frame on a second floor window. This was after climbing all over the roof and caulking some nails. That was on a Saturday. He sent me an estimate for $970 and I talked by phone with Nick about doing it. To illustrate that other windows needed attention, he broke off part of the wooden frame around a first floor window. Another Joe who is an excellent painter showed up to do the work the next week. Due to the weather and extremely cold weather we were experiencing, the job was interrupted several times. I was not concerned about that as this is just one of several things I am trying to do to my house. But I did become concerned when Joe told me he was near finishing and that his instructions did not include any work on the lower part of the front of the house. So I sent Nick Shirley an e-mail and asked him to check with his father as I thought I had communicated my desire for him to repair the lower window frame once he broke off the piece and showed it to me. I didn't get any response and finally called and left a message. Apparently, this company is better at telephone responses. Once Nick heard from me he sent Joe the painter back and told him to complete what I had had in mind. The painting is excellent and makes the front of the house look much fresher. The process was very instructional for me especially since I am embarking on a lot of work that needs to be done on my house. I need to be sure I am clear in what I am expecting and the contractor needs to be more clear in his estimate - "front of the house" meant different things to each of us. Anyway, it was a good experience with great results and I would certainly hire this company for any service they provide which is far more than just roofing.

It had been too long since the roof had been inspected so I bought a deal for a roof inspection and tune-up. Modern Roofing did not disappoint. They came out when they said they would, told be exactly what was going on with the roof and proceeded to make many minor repairs to the roof under the deal. While they told me that the rook still had some serviceable life I am choosing to replace it now and Modern Roofing is one of the contractors I asked to provide me with a quote. I have not chosen the contractor yet but but I would feel comfortable with Modern Roofingif I choose them.

From the first inquiry call to the follow-up inspection.. Nick was a pleasure to work with. He assessed our roofline and drainage issues then offered sound advice and several options. His installation team was on time, very courteous, and left the area spotless. We are very pleased with the aesthetics, cost, and function of our new gutters.

Company was very prompt and professional. Very meticulous about ensuring the gutter color was the same as the existing. Very satisfied with the work and installation.

Gutter cleaning went fine, however, time was also spent trying to upsell roofing repair and gutter replacement.

I purchased the big deal and I liked them. Their service was excellent. Their work and price stands out to me.

They were excellent, finished on time and adjusted cost for work not performed (installation of porch hand rails). Above and beyond and the house looks beautiful!

It went very well. They fixed my gutters when they cleaned them. I totally didn't even expect them to do that. Getting appointments was a little hard at times, but they were super friendly and very helpful and accommodating. The whole experience was wonderful and even educational. I am calling them for another cleaning in a few months.

It was a very good deal. We were having a covered patio built. Those builders did not include gutters. So I saw the deal and we got in on the deal. But then we told them that we would use it later when this thing was finished. They had two deals, and there was some confusion on which one we had bought. But the bottom-line is that they honored the deal. It didn’t go over. I paid exactly what I had originally thought I would. They were very nice. I bought two different deals. One was to a group that actually installed gutters on a new addition we had. One was a group that cleaned our existing gutters. It was great. They were not here really for that long time. It surprised me. It was two guys that came out and they got it done. I was very pleased with the deal. They came exactly when they said they were going to come. They did it quickly. They let me know of anything that I might have to have checked out at some later date. There was really one that spoke English. They were a little hard to understand, but we communicated. They were very nice, and they did exactly what I paid them to do. We have a two story house. My husband said that for them to get up on the second story and do those gutters for that price is a deal. The only glitch was they were a little bit hard to understand. But I worked through that, but I don’t know if most people could. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Nick was very pleasant and professional to deal with over the phone. This is the 3rd time I've called them and each time has been a wonderful experience. They were on time and finished in a timely manner. Nick has come out to check on the work after it was finished, which I appreciated very much. I really liked how they took the time to blow off my driveway and the front and back patios and asked if there was anything else he could help with or any questions I may have about my roof. Overall great experience every time I've used Modern Roofing. I will continue to use Modern Roofing for any problems I have with my roof.

provider could not fit into my schedule, i hired someone else to clean my gutters, no problem with this provider at all though.

Great. They scheduled the work came out and it looks great.

My roof had been patched by another contractor previously but continued to leak. Modern Roofing came out, showed me exactly where the roof was leaking and explained to me what was needed to repair it. They even did a little preventative maintenance to prevent further damage until their crew could get here to fix it properly. Overall, great experience!! Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs.

They were great with scheduling and rescheduling for me. All the gutters and roof were cleaned very well. They were to inspect the gutters and let me know if there were any issues. I guess no news it good news. It is worth it to us to have to gutters cleaned on the second floor. There are some spots out extra tall ladder doesn't reach.

They did a great job. They were punctual.

The gutters were blown, gutters and downspouts caulked and water was run into the gutters and checked for leaks and all leaks were fixed.

In spite issues they arrived and clean and gutters. I was pleasantly surprised.
