 + -1 moreWill not do business with Jim again. He charged me 3.5 hours for work at $125/hr even then he was only here for 2.5 hours. He charged an after-hour rate even though he arrived before 5 pm (not after-hours). He worked on the other unit even though I didn't ask for it to be serviced. He said he put 6 lbs of freon in it, when I just had it serviced 3 weeks ago. He determined the unit I did need serviced was unrepairable and needed to be replaced. Overall, he charged me over 1k to tell me my system needed to be replaced and to service a machine that was working fine.

 + -1 moreOne of the best things about Jim is his responsiveness, experience and knowledge. He has worked in commercial and residential HVAC plus he's licensed. He listens well and has even sat down at my kitchen table to draw a diagram to help me understand how my system works and how it can lose freon.
Description of Work: I noticed in the middle of the night that my air conditioning system was cycling off and off repeatedly. I have used Master Craft in the past and called Jim again this time. He was at my home in one hour. I needed more freon and he added what I needed. He's honest, dependable and hardworking.
