Description of Work: Due to below the slab leaks in the plumbing system in our 20 year old house, we had to replace all the hot and cold water lines with overhead lines. The work involved replacing the lines to two bathrooms, the kitchen, and utility room and tying in same at all the angle stops. Randal and his assistant Earl performed all the work within 3 days, quickly and professionally. We were without water for only about 3 hours when the new lines had to be connected to the angle stops. The cost of this work was $3,500 which we thought was very reasonable. Due to the distance of our kitchen and one bathroom from the water heater, Randal also recommended installing an inline pump at the water heater so that we would have hot water much more quickly at the these faucets and the shower. The cost of this work was $210 and in our opinion worth every penny and more too as now we have hot water within 15 seconds at each of these outlets where as in the past it usually took 1 to 2 minutes or more to even have the water start to warm-up at these outlets. We are highly pleased with this hot water modification and it should make a noticeable difference in our water consumption and gas usage.
