Completed half the job and good luck getting anybody at this company to answer the phone or return numerous voicemails!

I have never experienced worst customer service in my entire life. Coastal Appliance Repair was assigned a work order from American Home Shield for my refrigerator to be repaired on May 24. It is now June 11. That is 18 days. They took five days just to show up. They promised 7 to 10 days on parts to be received. I know for a fact, their receptionist told me two days ago, that they had received the parts. She said the technician would call me within the hour. That was two days ago. They will not answer their phones, they will not reply to my voicemails, and they have not returned to repair my refrigerator. American Home Shield is also to blame, because they will not reassign this job to a REAL appliance repair company, something with a storefront, not something that is run out of the back barn in the middle of a pasture out in Montgomery Texas. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking money from a widow on a fixed income. Shame on American Home Shield, and shame on Coastal Appliance Repair.

Coastal Appliance was contracted by American Home Shield to repair my dryer. I have been calling them since April 6th to try and schedule the visit and have not been able to get in contact with anyone. I have left several messages and have not received a call back.

i just had someone come out and diagnose my ice maker last week and the part has all ready come in and been installed the communication with the lovely two office ladies was amazing they kept me updated and got my on schedule as soon as my part arrived best experience with a company of this manner ive ever had

My experience with coastal Appliance was overall very wonderful. The girls that work in the office are very respectful and truly care about their customers. I had one lady I think her name was carly answer the phone very rudely but to my knowledge she no logger works their anymore. They really do put their customers first. Once again the ladys in the office are just so WONDERFUL and very nice even if you are frustrated. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of getting there appliance fixed.

My ice maker quit working and I thought it was time to buy a new one, knowing they are very expensive. I decided to have a technician come to my home to access the situation. Michael arrived within a few days of calling, diagnosed the problem, and had my ice maker working like new again within a few hours. The whole process was very easy, from the scheduling to the visit to the repair. I will definitely refer Coastal Appliance Repair to anyone needing appliance repairs.

Michael Dean came and fixed our dryer. He was so professional and quick! He got it temporarily working while he ordered a part we needed. We were very pleased and will definitely use his company again!

Great customer Service from start to Finish. Came out to diagnose the problem, once part was in Michael came and repaired our Ice Maker. Will call if need appliance repair in the future.

Coastal appliance came out to my house to repair my dishwasher. This company was very good. The gentlemen that came out was super respectful. This company may not call you everyday with an update but as I understand they do order there parts through American Homesheild. I would say a great business over all. Also to my understanding with everything going on they are trying their best to please all their customers.

I am a member of American Home Shield and Coastal Appliances is contracted with them and the company was assigned the duty of repairing my refrigerator. The claim was filed on September 16, 2020. Today is October 9, 2020. The representative Carly (Manager) is extremely rude and disrespectful and has about the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. She informed me she can not tell me when a tech will be available to come out and assist me until the day of and even then she has been unable to give me a clear time. Every single time I have called the number, the phone goes to voicemail, and nearly every single time the representatives from American Home Shield calls for confirmation, they get back on the line and state that they were unable to reach them as well. I had an appointment today and informed them yesterday to come out and when I called to speak with the representatives at American Home Shield they stated I had an appointment, only for Carly to call back and state it will be another 4 days. The company had my account closed out when they missed my first appointment and I had to have American Home Shield call them to open up my claim. This has been a very troublesome experience and a complete waste of time. I have had so much food go bad as well which costs me a lot of money. To make matters worse, I have taken off days from work and lost money. Lastly, Carly reached out to me today, and I told her that we scheduled to come in today and she then called me a liar and said that I did not set the appointment. I have called American Home Shield nearly a dozen times over this issue.

Cant get them on the phone to save my soul. Went through American Homeshield and its been a month trying to communicate to get it fixed. They never answer the phone or return your calls. Im still stuck with no dishwasher.

We used this company thru American home shield for the repair of our dryer. To start off they were delayed in coming out to look at the dryer in the first place. When they arrived they said drum slipped they put it back and that was it - very first load of laundry in the same airplane taking off noise. We called again , it took them another week to come out and look again. They said it slipped again , I said does it not need a part to fix the problem? They said no . 3 loads into the laundry we start getting the noise again. All we back again , with zero communication from them finally got them to come out again a week later. Now suddenly we need a part. I ask how long until they get the part they say 2-4 days. Here we are going on 8 days with zero communication and the owner Michael Dean avoiding phone calls and will not get back to us. I have made multiple request to Mandy who just works the phone to have him contact me over the last 3 weeks. Extremely disappointing the lack of communication and customer service this company has.

Arrived on time. Did a great job. Good value for the fee charged. Would hire again.
