I was happy. I would definitely use them again. There was an additional charge because I had specifically told him that I wanted him to go ahead and do all the other windows. He came when he said, and I liked him. He did the best he could with my windows, my windows are pretty old, but he was thorough, and professional. He didn't make a mess.

He arrived on time and gave me an estimate to do my windows. I thought it was a little high, but he was very professional and courteous. I thought I might get it done for a few dollars less but everyone needs to make a living. I agreed and after he was finished I was glad I did. The work was excellent. I will use him in the future and highly recommend him.

Chase and his brother came on this cold December morning and were ready to work. Any question I asked, Chase had a knowledgeable answer. They were friendly, professional and timely. Because my windows are considered specialty, I had an extra charge that after explanation I felt was very reasonable. My windows are over 20 years old and were in dire need of attention. There guys are awesome, very professional and extremely courteous. Chase called to see if I was interested in moving my service date earlier as he had a cancellation, they were very punctual and flexible around my timing. Great experience! I scheduled (3) dates for the service as requested on the website. Within 24 hours I received a response and confirmation on my first choice. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time, introduced himself and started cleaning the outside windows. As he prepared to start on the inside windows; he cleaned his ladder of all dirt and debris and removed his shoes. He did a great job! I would definitely recommend this company and service. Thanks,

I purchased a window washing special on Angie's List. The initial contact and scheduling was done through Angie's List messages which was very convenient for me. I requested a date that was a little over 2 weeks from the purchase. A week prior to the scheduled service I received a telephone call regarding the windows. After researching my address they saw the panes on the front windows and called regarding the expectations. Since our windows are dual pane with the panes between the glass there was no issue. I received a call two days prior to the service to confirm the date and time of the window washing. On the scheduled date they showed up on time. Having had windows done previously by another company, I understood that one side is considered one window and I planned to use the special to get my exterior windows washed, having done the interior myself. The windows were washed and looked great! I was pleased that they did such a good job, he even did the windows on the doors and to the garage as extras at no charge. I will definitely use their services again.

Excellent job cleaning very dirty windows. He even cleaned windows that I never thought he could reach. He explained to me about issues with windows that had broken seals. He was on time, professional, and did a wonderful job at a reasonable price for the amount of work. I will definitely use Champion Window Cleaning again.

This is the second time I have used Champion Window Cleaning. Why did I ask them back? There are two factors most important to me when I am searching for a window cleaner. First....price and second...the quality of their work. The first time I had them to clean my windows I looked on the internet, called and ask for an estimate. When Drew came out, he was very professional, personable and reasonable in their price. The estimate was not the cheapest estimate nor the highest estimate. Drew assured me he would be there to make sure I was happy with the job they would do. I was not disappointed. He was very thorough.... meaning Chase and Drew were careful with regard to every detail; not superficial or partial: performed with great care and completeness: taking pains to do everything with thought and attention and to my satisfaction. In other words....Champion Windows did what they said they would do. I was happy with the work that had done. I was also happy with the price I receive. When I needed to call a window cleaner again, I gave no thought at who I would call. Now I went on reputation. I wished I had looked at Angie's List the first time. I wouldn't have taken such a big chance. Chase and Drew came again and did a repeat performance of quality work and a fair price. They also cleaned my dining room and hall chandeliers which were filthy. Their sincerity in 'exceeding my expectations' are remarkable.

Chase and Drew were very polite and eager to see that we were completely satisfied with their work. They did an excellent job of pressure washing a driveway that hadn't been washed in several years. It now looks brand new. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this company to others.

I have 50 Windows, 2 Story house. (a bit over 5000 sq feet) I know the windows are hard to clean as they have the metal dividers. The 2 Window Cleaners(Chase and his younger brother) worked for roughly 4 hours without any breaks. They did a really great job. Windows are sparkling again. Everything was done by hand. It was also easy to schedule an appointment. Very professional, punctual and really very nice. Even Though 400 US $ is not exactly cheap but considering the amount of work they had to do and it is a 2 story house, it is a very fair price. I am very satisfied and will for sure use them again.

I needed an immediate cleaning of the interior windows prior to furniture being delivered. Champion Window Cleaning came this morning at 9:00 am and did a really nice job performed by Chase. I then decided to have the exterior cleaned also. Chase was already booked for the rest of the day, but he will return either later today or sometime during the week. There was no urgent request on my part for the exterior windows so this schedule will work out just fine. I will recommend this company to anyone who wants a really fine job and from nice people.

We've had some very messy work done on the exterior of our house, and we wanted our windows cleaned after the work. We found Champion on Angie's List and called them. Eddie came out, looked the job over and gave us a bid, which we accepted. We made an appointment for 3 weeks later. Today was the appointment day. Chase and Drew showed up on time, ready to perform the work. They power cleaned all our sidewalks, patios, decks, etc. and everything looks absolutely great! The windows were pretty gross with an oily coating, pollen, dust, etc. The guys cleaned all windows, inside and out and they did a fantastic job. We are very happy with the work Champion did for us, and we will call them again. These guys are now definitely on our team of helpers.

Chase Kelpen was very professional, clearly explaining the process he used. He was prompt, and completed the job in a little over an hour. I'd would definitely hire again and recommend.

They were VERY professional and friendly. Very good job. Arrived at my residence and was just finishing up when I arrived home from work. I am very appreciative for their no worry service on my part. Eddie from Champion was super responsive and very professional. He provided a free estimate explained the work to be done and scheduled a date to return. Followed up with a confirmation call. Employee who did the work was extremeley professional and respectful. Informed me that gutters did not need to be cleaned and did not charge for that service. Spent a great deal of time working on driveway and outside windows. The next day with heavy rains we noticed the gutter was overflowing and two small windows had not been cleaned. Champion was quick to respond and scheduled to return within two days. Weather delayed their follow up visit, but they diligently communicated this with me daily. Champion returned 10 days later, cleaned up two remaining windows and inspected and touched up all others. Cleaned gutter no charge. Excellent customer service. Very clean work as well, no damage to landscaping. Will be using them for all my exterior needs in the future!
