The service went well. We had to re-schedule once due to equipment failure prior to coming to my house. But he called to re-schedule so that I did not have to wait for him all afternoon. Showed up for the re-scheduled appointment and went about working on the driveway. He quoted everything up front and went about his business. Work was done well. He seems to be very good at what he does.

I did not end up going with this company, but wanted to comment on how professional Chase was on the phone and that I would consider doing business with him in the future.

Champions washed the outside of the windows of our two story home. He did a great job and the windows look amazing. There was some confusion on a phone number but otherwise it everything went very smoothly. I would recommend them and use them again.

Called on Thursday and made an appointment for them to come by between 2-3 on Friday, the next day. No sign of them by 4 on Friday so I called and he said he was on his way and had gotten hung up on another job. I thought it was rude of him to not call but whatever, so I said ok no problem. He never showed up and never called to reschedule or let me know he wasn't coming. Very rude!

Cannot do any better than to provide a top-quality product along with a most pleasant demeanor.

They did nice work and cleaned up after themselves. The windows were very dirty and the gutters were full of gunk. They worked very efficiently and did all the work in one day.

At the time of service, the job looked clean overall. I chose to use Champion because they said they use a chemical that will prevent mold issues. They were $500 more than the competitors but I thought the mold reducing chemical would help since we live on a shady, wooded lot. After evaluating it more closely, my exterior paint is spotty now from the chemical and the mold has come back, unfortunately. I contacted the owner several times and he said he would come back out and look at it. That was over two months ago and I haven't heard from him. I'm disappointed.

I left an email on their website. Received a response from Eddie the next day. I asked for a quote to clean my outside windows and power wash my backyard patio. Champion gave me an estimate within 1 day. I received an estimate of $370 to do outside windows and $400 to power wash backyard patio, front entry walkway, brick on side of house and some entry overhangs. I have a large house and Champions price was very reasonable. I schedule the work and Chase arrived on time as scheduled. Chase is very nice and professional. He walked around the property with me and we discussed the work to be done. He and a helper got to work and finished in 1 day (around 6 hours). I would definitely recommend Champion and I plan on using their services again in the future.

They never did come back to clean the inside of the windows. I understood it was going to be more money and i told them it would be okay, but they never came back to finish service.

Arrived on time and immediately started on the job. I didn't ask for a quote over the phone as I went off the reviews from Angies List. After a walk around of the property I was given an estimate for 450.00. My house consists of over 40+ windows and is two stories so this was reasonable to me. All windows and screens were cleaned spotless. The job took about 5 hours. I had a few rooms indoors that I didn't have cleaned since that is where I was keeping the pets. Because of this the price was lowered to 390.00. I would HIGHLY recommend Champion very professional.

All went well, they were very polite and professional. They did an excellent job. Plan to use again to power wash the patio.

They were very professional and courteous, their work was excellent, their price was fair. I will definitely use them again. The windows were hand washed, including screens and window tracks. My windows sparkle. My house is a combination hardy plank and brick and was really dirty, they made everything look fantastic. They cleaned up thoroughly after they were finished. I couldn't ask for more. Champion Window Cleaning will be my "go-to" company for this kind of work in the future. Highly recommend.

I expect companies that I plan on spending money with to attempt to show up or reschedule in the event that they cannot make it. Things happen and I realize this, but there is absolutely no excuse in not communicating. You don't want our business, that's fine, we will give it to someone who does.

Drew came over to give me a quote on what the cost would be to clean the interior and exterior windows of my home. I agreed on the price he gave and we scheduled a date for the cleaning to take place. Drew's punctuality, professionalism, and attention detail were all very much appreciated by a very "picky" customer! My windows are spic and span; I will definitely use Champion Window cleaning again in the future!

They showed up on time, explained to me what he would be doing, and then got right to work. he worked efficiently and the windows look great. I think he might have missed one window, but overall, the job was well done.

Drew was very professional and respectful of our home. He took his time to do a good job. When he finished, he advised us of which windows had compromised seals.

Windows were wonderfully cleaned. Communication to confirm obtain and confirm a change in schedule was a bit rough. But they got it done well. I would use them again.

The service turned out good for me. They took 2 or 3 hours. I was here when they showed up but then I went out and did my thing and when I came back they were gone. They did a really good job. I have no problems with them.

Everything went great they were here on time and did a great job. My windows look wonderful and the lighting in the hall looks like it is brand new. Enjoyed talking to Chase, he is a very nice young man. All in all everything went great, will be using them again.

This is the second time I have used this company, and will continue to do so in the future. As always, they were prompt, courteous, thorough, and professional.
