Very well. Two workers, both very professional. They went around the home with us and we discussed exactly what we needed done. Once they were finished, we viewed the work with them and were very pleased. We will definitely use them again.

Cancelled the deal purchased through Angie's list.

They were late by 1 1/2 hr., but Drew finally arrived and I couldn't be happier. He was very nice and professional and I couldn't have asked for cleaner windows! Would definitely hire them again.

They were late because of another client adding services so they had to come back the next day and finish. I was unavailable so my husband approved the work. I noticed large amounts of residue on the front windows. They came back and resolved it the day I called.

Not well. I was not at home. They come for window cleaning and power washing . Windows were done but not the power washing even thought the full amount was collected. Called to complain they come back for the power washing and left the windows at the front of the house with marks of splashed water. The power washing service was done poorly. Called 2 times to complain never got response.

Went great, showed up on time, spent roughly half a day for 2 men. Did the work and cleaned up.

I liked the work they did. They have a price per window and they did a couple extra at no charge.

We used an Angie's List coupon. We did not receive a call to schedule so I emailed. Chase emailed back and we set a day for the cleaning. When he did not arrive, I emailed again. I received an email back asking me to call as there was supposedly an issue with Angie's List and he could not retrieve my contact information. As I had emailed him directly, I did not see why that was an issue, he could have tried emailing me, but we rescheduled. That was on June 15. On June 30, I emailed again. He replied that there were scheduling conflicts because of Angie's List. We again rescheduled, but that appointment was cancelled due to weather issues. He finally came to our house, not too clean, but to check out the windows. He walked around the house and told us it would cost an additional $240 to clean our windows as the Angie's List coupon was not enough. The $126 was for 20 windows. Even if we had 40 (we don't) it should only have been about $252-$266 so I was annoyed, but at this point I just wanted my windows cleaned. He finally showed up, but did not clean all the windows because he did not have the proper equipment to reach two of the windows. That was absurd. If he could not clean all the windows, he should have let us know when he came by to view the house. He walked around (or said he did) the entire house, but never mentioned that he would not be able to clean all the windows, just that it would cost more than the coupon price. He did not give us credit for the 2 windows left dirty. If we had known, we would not have used him ... we wanted all our windows cleaned, not just some. This was a complete disaster from start to finish. Chase is a very pleasant guy, and the windows he cleaned were fine, but we would never use them again.

I had to call them 2 times to find out where they were. They had an appointment each time and did not show. when they came they did a lousy job and I was glad to just get them off the property. I will not use a "ANGIES LIST" " SPECIAL" again .

Champion's representative, Drew, did a fanatic job cleaning some windows that we had allowed to become truly cruddy. it is amazing to see the details of our front and back yards. I think that our dog thought his sight had suddenly improved. This is a family owned and run business, and I highly recommend them.

Excellent professionalism. The windows and screens looked great! Very knowledgeable about the type of windows I had and methods on how to help maintain the care of the windows and screens. Would definitely use again this company again. Worth every penny!

I contacted this service on December 11th to clean mold from the outside of my rental property in The Woodlands. They agreed to go take a look at the property and get back to me on price. I followed up with voicemail on December 11th and they never got back to me.

Spoke to Chase on 12/07/2015 set an appt for 12/10/2015. Chase arrived on time and couldn't have been nicer. He looked at my driveway which is large quoted a really good price and completed the work in less than 3 hours. My driveway looks fantastic and I couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely use again.

I called late Thursday asking for service the next day in order to be ready for my son's birthday party. Chase came over the next morning and went far beyond what was requested to ensure everything was perfect for the party. You could not ask for better service. You are a fool not to use these guys.

I will definitely use them again. They work was done thoroughly and they followed up to ensure everything was done correctly. Great to work with and EXCELLENT customer service which is so hard to find these days. We will be using them again.

It was not so good. They came out and didn't really do what they said they were going to do. They did correct it. The owner came out and fixed it. But, I would not use them again. I didn't have to pay anything more. They were prompt. If a friend asked me about them, I would tell them to look for somebody else. They only did the outside. They said they would come out, remove the screens and do all the cleaning. The first guy said, "I can't remove the screens. They won't come off," or "they've all broken." I said, "No. They're not broken. They're only six years old." So, before the owner got there, I had gone in and removed all the screens. That was 80% of the work. "Oh my goodness. You have a bush here. It might scratch me. So, I can't clean that window." That came from the owner.

Super fast response and appointment. The young lady that was sent was extremely professional, courteous and personable. The work done is outstanding. Will recommend them to neighbors.

Arrived exactly when stated, was extremely friendly, no upselling at all, just came and did the job he was hired to do and did it better and faster than I could have expected. Thanks!

I called up Champion Window Cleaning and spoke with Chase and arranged for the work to be done. He gave me a date within three working days, and a arrival time of between 1:00 and 3:00. He called when he was on his way and arrived within his time line and took a look around the house and then offered me his price, which I accepted. He immediately started work on the power washing.. He said that his brother Drew would be along soon to clean the windows. Sure enough a little while after Drew arrived and proceeded to clean the windows. Both Chase and Drew are very polite and cheerful people and they worked hard. The drive and the walkway looked like new. We had had the windows cleaned before and the workers were in and out in about half an hour, and charged around the same price. However Drew spent time on his work making sure everything was clean and to our satisfaction and even pointed out some potential future problems to us. Both cleaned up when they were finished. I would recommend Champion Window Cleaning to anyone.

The proprietor arrived as scheduled, we reviewed what needed to be done, he explained how he would do the work and then proceeded. The work was finished within two hours and out driveway, patio and exterior of our house look great. We have scheduled to have him return in a week to clean all of our windows inside and out.

Everything went well, they are professional and even clean my dogs house for me. Love their services and they are reasonable. They went beyond over my list to help me clean other part of the house. Very nice of them.
