Great job, boys! I highly recommend them. They arrived on time and quoted a price, the spot, in line with what I was expecting. My house was dingy and grey and now it sparkles like newly painted. They are local boys with a great work ethic and very professional.

He was good only that a worker got on top of the ladder and that made me nervous. They did a great job. He was a very personable contractor and offers other services like power washing.

Eddie did a fantastic job at a very good price. He was personable and called to let me know that he'd be a few minutes late because he had to replace some equipment that had broken the previous day. Eddie informed me of what he was doing, and gave me a lot of tips to improve the appearance of my home. He goes the extra mile. For instance, I have one stubborn stain on my curb that would not go away. Eddie kept at it until most of the stain was removed. I highly Eddie for any power washing, gutter cleaning, and window cleaning services.

Professional and courteous throughout the process. Requested estimate and received within 24 hrs. Price was above average and quoted with 20% discount coupon already factored in. Never had chance to request discount or submit coupon at time of payment. Basically the coupon offer is irrelevant. Price quoted was for all windows interior and exterior. However, two windows were deemed to high to reach so were left unwashed. A $10 credit was given as compensation. First time in 18 years a window washer couldn't reach these windows! Overall quality was below average. Most windows had streaks left from wiping with dirty towels. Those facing exposure to sunlight showed particularly bad. This became more obvious later in the day for windows with western exposure. Given all the positive reviews we were disappointed with the results.

The family-owned company's employees were punctual and very professional. Chase and his helper worked for slightly more than 2 hours to complete the work. I was also happy with the 20% discount provided to Angie's List members. I asked for a recurring outside window cleaning to be done every 6 months (their recommendation) with the company contacting me to schedule.

It was very easy to get a pricing quote from this vendor and have them provide services - they were the cheapest and had the best overall reviews in my opinion. They were very responsive to get a quote and easy to work with. I would highly recommend you consider them if you need to get your home cleaned of algae or power washing in general - save yourself some time and check with them 1st.

I called today, they were able to schedule same day service due to a cancellation. The representatives were on time, quick to complete the job and very professional. It is so refreshing to find a company with a heart these days. Best of luck and best wishes.

Scheduled a month in advance for window washing and possible pressure washing. Chance arrived promptly and confirmed quote. Very flexible for all of our add-ons. Pricing was competitive, and Chase was professional and personable. The windows sparkle and the driveway and walks do, too. And I should mention that my windows were especially dirty. Would highly recommend Champion and will use them again!

It was a great experience. I will certainly use Champion again and will be referring others to them. He was there to give me a quote actually before the appointment time and once I had that and told him I wanted to go ahead he started the job right then. He was very polite and friendly and did a great job. I didn't realize how badly I needed the cleaning until I saw the results.

I've used them a couple of times and they are very, very nice. They were timely, did a good job and competitive. They did a very nice job. They called back about an hour or two. They came and did it at the time I asked them to.

I requested a quote for roof cleaning and received a verbal price. Champion did not follow up within 2 weeks with a written quote or insurance certificate as requested. Regardless, Champion considers their roof cleaning solution as proprietary and would not disclose what they were placing on my roof. I just cannot do business in that manner and would never let anyone wash my roof without knowing what is being sprayed on.

They were great! Very polite, very careful inside (moving antique furniture and lamps) and outside, and were very polite. They listened to our concerns about the last company that pressured washed the outside of our house with clorox and killed 3 mature azaleas, so were careful to use as little chemicals as possible and thoroughly wash off our plants, making sure there was no run off into our koi pond. We discussed the color of material for the screens, & I wanted the lighted possible color since we already have low e glass in our windows (thus not needing the solar protection of dark screening) and our house is painted a light gray. The screens match perfectly and from inside, you hardly notice there are any screens on the windows. I couldn't be happier with the work. This is a family owned company and they don't use sub-contractors. We will definitely use them again.

My call was answered immediately and a free estimate visit offered on the same day. Chase came out and did the estimate quickly. He asked how I heard about Champion and offered me the Angie's List discount without solicitation. The price was within 10% of all other bids. They were the only company who offered to perform the estimate and work the same week of my call. Chase gave me clear expectations for the service. They offered to do the work that Friday but I asked that the work be done on a Wednesday. Chase agreed and they returned that Wednesday. Chase and another man worked for 2 1/2 hours on the job. The windows were washed with brushes not just a power washer. They had not been cleaned in over a year Champion was able to remove the grit and mold. They also cleaned the flashing run on my roof without climbing on the roof. They used all low pressure wash on the house. I was shocked at the result. THE HOUSE LOOKED AS IF IT HAD JUST BEEN PAINTED! Great job! I am very pleased!

Chase did an excellent job keeping me informed and replying to my request. I appreciate the promptness, professionalism and courtesy.

The young man, Drew arrived on time and we agreed on a price for the window cleaning- inside and outside. After an hour, Drew said he was done. I inspected the work and found that he had only cleaned the window glass, not the frames the sills , or the tracks. I told him that the job was not done properly, that the window cleaning includes the whole window not just the glass. He told me not to "micro manage" his work. Pretty rude to say to a customer. I phoned the owner and was told the work would be completed to my satisfaction. Drew then left, saying he would not be back!! No follow up at all. Very poor attitude, incomplete job. $150 an hour for unskilled labor seems way over priced..

Chase and his brother arrived on time, were very professional, and did a great job. I will be hiring them to clean my driveway and the interior of my windows next.

We have a one story home with those annoying small panes of glass. Chase and his brother came as promised, on time and very personable. Windows look great. We will use them again!

Mr. Kelpin and his sons have been cleaning my windows and taking care of the exterior of my home for 15 years. I love these guys. So kind and respectful. They are like family. They do everything I ask them to without question. I have referred them to my daughter and she loves their service as well. AAAAA+++++++++

The service was scheduled for 9:00 AM, but Chase arrived after 10:00 AM. Chase was alone and performed the service by himself. He seemed very personable, but he was constantly on the telephone and was constantly interrupted by phone calls (he said they were from his wife). He performed the house washing, but was unable to completely remove some of the stains that I had indicated to Chase and Eddie that I wanted removed. He tried twice on some of them, but didn't get the stains removed. He said he cleaned all the gutters and that "they weren't bad. They had mostly roof shingle aggregate." He cleaned all the exterior windows and the inside windows on the back wall of our living room as we agreed. Chase talked too much and wasn't really fully focused on doing his work. I felt like he wanted to talk to me more than he wanted to do the work he was here to do. He spilled cleaning solution on my floors, my furniture, and on my surround sound sub-woofer. He stained my living room couch. When he was done he gave me the final price. It was much higher that his father (Eddie) had quoted on his initial visit to my home. I feel the price they charged me was way too high ($660). The total time he was at my home was less than 3.5 hours, so I feel like they gouged me on the price. The work performed was less than satisfactory, and the result was less than what I expected. The price was way too high, and I was very surprised at the total bill. I will not use this company again nor will I recommend them. UPDATE: At first, I was dissatisfied with the work and the overall experience. I spoke with the owner of the company, and we mutually agreed on a satisfactory resolution to my issues and concerns. The company is concerned about customer satisfaction and addresses issues quickly.

It went very well. This is a father-son business, which is nice, and so the father estimated the job, and the two sons did the job (and the father helped finish up). They stayed all day and made everything look great. There are a couple of spots I am going to have to call them back on because it was dark when they finished and it hadn't rained yet so I couldn't see the final product. However, they assured me they would come back happily to take care of anything that needed it, so I am confident that they will. I will use them again.
