Jeff is a really nice guy. After visiting his showroom, I made an appointment to have him come out for measurements. I was a bit annoyed at how long it took to receive the cover. I ordered May 26 and was told I should expect it in 4 to 6 weeks, and it wasn't delivered until August 10, about 11 weeks later. The timing wasn't terribly important to me, however a phone call giving me a heads up would have been nice. I can't complain about the craftmanship though because the cover is gorgeous! It matches the woodwork of the house perfectly. The fit is perfect as well. The fellows who delivered were quick and professional.

Central Radiator has the radiator covers manufactured out of state, so it cant ake quite a bit of time to get them, but it is well worth the wait. One of the covers was non-standard because of its width (120 inches) and because of its close fit under the window. Jeff admitted after the fact that it was work he should not have taken because it was non-standard. Initially, they did not fit well against the wall. Jeff agreed to try framing the cabinet in a way that hid the gap. When this was first installed, it did not stay glued. Jeff came back a few times to nail it down so that the frame would stay. The quality of the work is great, but delivery times are long. When Jeff came, the installation was great, but without him the installers were not as professional, and not as punctual. Jeff travels quite a bit,and thee were long waits between calls sometimes.

I FOUND THEIR NAME ON THE INSIDE OF MY EXISTING RADIATOR COVER, AND CALLED ON A WHIM. JEFF PICKED UP RIGHT AWAY, FRIENDLY, AND READY FOR BUSINESS. WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK. AFTER JUST A COUPLE OF WEEKS, THE RADIATOR COVERS WERE INSTALLED, WITH A VERY FRIENDLY, AND HELPFUL INSTALLER WHO SHOWED ME THE HUMIDIFYING FEATURE BUILT INTO THE RADIATOR COVER. THEY CAME PRIMED FOR PAINTING, AND I SIMPLY MATCHED IT TO THE ROOM COLOR. I AM DELIGHTED WITH THE PRODUCT, THE TURN AROUND TIME, AND OF COURSE THE SAFETY IT PROVIDES IN MY CHILDREN'S ROOMS.
