Rufus (sales & crew supervisor) and his crew were amazing. Rufus was educational when walking around for estimate and evaluating possible work (on 2+ acres with 150+ trees). Once we figured out what we wanted, he honored pricing even though our order was half of original quote. He worked us into his schedule and was timely. His crew was efficient, polite, and left the grounds in great shape, given how wet the ground was wet. Great work and fair pricing. Give them your business!

I did not use them yet. They were prompt and gave me pretty much a standard estimate of anybody else. The estimate was a minimum charge of $250. The estimate experience was fine.

Called and left a message on Thursday morning describing the service requested. Two days later still did not receive a call back, needless to say I would not even attempt to use their services in the future.

We have use Beaver Tree Service for the last 15 years. Once we used another service and could really tell the difference in the quality of work between the two. Beaver does what they say they will do - never any hidden costs. We tell them what we want done and it gets done; we ask for suggestions and they made recommendations. Never any "hard" sales pitch!!! Depending on the location of the trees we have removed, you may not be able to tell a tree was ever there!! The tree removal spots are repaired the best they can be and all the debrie is hauled away. The Beaver crew(s) work as a team in a very safe manner.

They finally called me back after several days and sent someone to do the estimate. The estimate they gave me was about three times higher than a different company's estimate. Days later the owner, Rufus, called my husband to schedule a time to send someone out to give an estimate. We informed the owner that someone had already been sent out. The company was unorganized and didn't even know what was going on.

Great job. Responded very quick. Cleaned up everything. You can't tell they were there except for the missing tree.

I had a large pine tree that was located along my front property line that was dead and needed to be cut down before it fell across a county road. My property is in southern Grimes County and not easy to give directions to. Every tree service company I called either did not call me back or said they were not interested in the job due to the property's location (and I assume size of the job). I left a message with Rufus at Beaver Tree Service and he called me back shortly after. We spent a little time on the phone discussing the property's location and not once did Rufus seem like he was not interested in the job. He quoted me a price for cutting down the pine and said he would get to it within a week or so which was understandable due to the property's location and his schedule. When Rufus called me to tell me the job was done, he suggested I visit the property to make sure all was ok before I mailed him the payment. I told him it would be several days before I could make a trip out there and he said no problem. When I arrived at my property, not only did his crew cut down the large pine, but also a smaller dead oak that was nearby the pine tree at no extra charge. It's nice to come across companies like Beaver Tree Service who still seem like they want your business and will do what it takes to get the job done. I will be using them again.

On Friday, 18th April, I noticed that I had a large decay problem in one of my sweet gum trees in my back yard. I called Rufus Garcia of Beaver Tree Service, and left a message. He called me back almost at once, and made arrangements to come out and look at the tree that same morning. Rufus and I agreed that the tree should be removed. It was about 55 feet tall, and was seriously weakened by the internal rot. He gave me an estimate and I accepted his bid. He told me he could have his workmen at my house by 8:30 on Monday 21st April. They were on time, and by 10:15 am, they had removed the tree, and ground the stump. The people Rufus send were professionals and very efficient. They removed the tree, cut it up, ground the stump and took all of the debris away. With the exception of some wood chips left to fill the hole, you could not tell where the tree had been. They were very careful not to injure any of the many trees and bushes I have planted in the yard in the past year. I could not be more pleased, and would recommend Beaver to my friends and neighbors. I will use them again when I have a need for tree work. What a pleasure to do business with some one who knows what to do, and is prompt and efficient in doing it.

Cut down the tree quickly, efficently, did a great job very responible priced. I would recommend them.

The two men arrived on time and worked non stop until finshed. They cleaned up debris and in fact you wouldn't have known they were even here when finished. The most recent work done was exceptional. He also discounted the price because I am a disabled veteran.

They left my porch and yard cleaner than they found it. They cleaned up the saw dust from my patio and even cleaned off my entire driveway. I was VERY pleased with the quality of the work and their speed. Will use them again!

WORK WAS DONE SATISFACTORILY. DELAYS WERE EXPERIENCED IN RETURNING CALLS AND GIVING A DATE FOR THE WORK TO START. OWNER APOLOGIZED FOR DELAY STATING FACTORS BEYOND HIS CONTROL THAT MADE SCHEDULING DIFFICULT.

REASONABLY PRICED. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE.
