+ -1 moreThey came out and gave me a quote that was very reasonable, explaining everything that would be done to my trees. The technician was honest and forthright telling me weather we were having would negate the treatment and suggesting a reschedule. After service, the technician made himself available to me to answer questions i had about the tree and what i could expect. All parties with this company were professional and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: I contacted him several times to get him to come out to my home to look at a large pine tree in my yard that had couple broken limbs and I was worried it had pine beetle disease in it. If it died and fell it would cause a lot of damage to my house. The Arborist would only come out for a consultation fee of $100.00 and he would not trim the dead branches but would charge up to $1000.00 to "doctor" the tree with no guarrentee it would save the tree. He was rude and told me he was the only real Arborist in the Houston area. I would not have him step foot om my property for free!!!

Description of Work: Arbor Source treated all our trees for borers, then trimmed and thinned the trees to improve sunlight. They were prompt, worked diligently, and left our yard clean as a whistle. We are very pleased with this service.

+ -1 moreWe had a drought in Texas and it really affected a lot of our trees. So we were trying to save some of the trees. They are really good. They are just very customer friendly and down to earth. I probably called three or four providers before I got Arbor but they just fixed up an appointment and bore me off. I think it's a family run business and so they are very conscientious. They are very professional.
Description of Work: Arbor Source Tree Experts came out about two months ago to fertilize and treat some of the trees as well as did some trimming work.

+ -1 moreI needed five trees planted, and I heard that Arbor is the place to call. I decided to give them a try, and I am very pleased that I did. The jobs are done by a very nice man and remind you, he did a perfect job. After planting the tress, he came back to spray and feed the trees. Arbor is a very professional company and never leaves a mess.
Description of Work: Arbor sprayed and planted some trees in the back yard.
