+ -1 moreDid not know why the machine had leaks on valves and not conditioning the water. I was charged for testing the water when I told him the machine is not working. They me they give free estimates but charged for testing the water which he did not tell me upfront. This company is a scam.

Description of Work: I represent the HOA for a 16-unit condominium complex and have used Edmond's for both minor and major jobs totaling thousands of dollars. We have discovered two underground lines that need to be replaced (20' and 50') and received two estimates from other companies that did not charge us for a camera scope. When I mentioned this to Madonna Edmonds, she replied: "I don’t compare other plumbers to our company. There’s no comparison to our services." The arrogance of that statement says to me, she doesn't value us as a customer. Edmond's will never be awarded business from our HOA again. Instead, I'll be spending the $8,000+ for this job with another plumber who not only didn't charge me for the camera scope, but sent me the recorded images. Now THAT'S great service.

Description of Work: They were called about a water pressure problem in a shower. They replaced parts but it didn't fix the problem. Said they had to replace the faucet to fix the problem after they had replace all the parts.

+ 0 moreVery impressed with this company. We have a homeowner's policy that covered this repair but the first plumber they assigned to us never answered their phone. The second company they gave me told me that a priority service to them would be the next Monday (this was Friday morning!). The homeowner's policy company then ok'd me to find our own plumber and I called RooterMan. By now it was nearly noon and they had someone out there that afternoon, fixed the problem quickly and were very reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again!
Description of Work: We had a drain from our air conditioner in the attic that emptied into the main drain system that was apparently stopped up and was leaking down the pipe in the wall. The carpet/pad in the adjoining bedroom were soaked and had to be pulled back and dried.

+ 0 moreThey have been there for us thruout the mitigation and rebuild of our home. On call when we needed help, providing not only professional repairs, but caring and understanding for our problems. If they service your area, you absolutely must call Madonna at Edmonds Plumbing.
Description of Work: KENNETH arrived in the middle of the night to help when we had a sewage back up. He is an expert. He worked with us for hours. He went beyond the call of duty by going outside, up and down the street, and taking off the caps on the cleanouts of our house and three of our neighbors homes to relieve the backup pressure coming from the mainline in the street., He saved the other three neighbor's homes from flooding. It was, however, already too late for our home but his attention to detail and professionalism kept our situation from being the major disaster it would have been if Madonna from Edmonds Plumbing had not been called. She stayed up all night to make sure we got the help we needed. I cannot say enough about this company to which I am so very grateful. I would never think of calling any other company.

+ 0 moreThe technician showed up on time and was very polite. He listened to the problem and considered several options of what could be causing the problem. This involved checking drains, venting, toilet etc. After testing and cleaning the line to the septic it became apparent that the issue was with the septic tank after all. He dug up the septic tank to make sure that was the problem. He also checked out our other tank for us and made the suggestion that we add clean-outs for the houses (gave estimate). He was very thorough and I was pleased. He totally cleaned up the area after his work was through (and put down floor protection in the area he worked). Although their price was on the high end I felt the amount of attention given to the problem combined with the professionalism, punctuality and politeness made it worth it.
Description of Work: Had a toilet that would not drain. We had been assured by the previous homeowner that the septic tank had been pumped and given "proof" of that so we did not think it was the septic tank. Edmond's (Rooter-man) was recommended by homeowners in the area to come out and diagnose the problem.

+ -1 moreOur overall experience was good. Edmonds did a great work. They were on time and professional and easily available. We needed the services quickly in order to help us get settled in. The biggest drawback was the price. We though $250 was too much for the services performed. However, we would use them again.
Description of Work: Edmonds connected the ice maker line and replaced a gas valve behind the dryer. He also connected the existing washer and dryer lines, hoses and drain
