+ -1 moreThey were extremely good. They've been out three or four times for different issues when we were remodeling and they have been very good. We've used them for years.
Description of Work: We used Ardon Maintenance. They came out and replaced all the valves in the house. They were under the sink and all the commodes. The discharge line from the washing machine, they had to reroute the drain line.

+ 1 moreFantastic! I could have not asked for better results. I called Mr. Ardon after talking to a realtor who recommended him highly. He and his workers were very knowledge about what I needed done. Mr. Ardon is a licensed plumber and electrician and he and his workers were very responsible, considerate and courteous. I live 175 miles away from the home they were working on and after spending time with them, I gave Mr. Ardon a key to the property so they could work in the house even if I was not there. I can not say enough good things about their work, work ethic, punctuality, willingness to make helpful suggestions and clean up of all work debris. I recommend Ardon Maintenance and know that you will be satisfied with any work he might perform for you. His goal is to do a great job at a reasonable price and make his customers happy. It was a delightful experience working with Mr. Ardon and I will call him again if the need arises.
Description of Work: Installed a new hot water heater in the attic due to age and size of heater closet and code requirement, rerouted gas and water lines to attic. Installed drain pan , made platform walk way and added a drain to the outside of the house. Pressure tested gas lines and replaced old valves with new ball valves. All of the insulation on the duct work was missing so he replaced all of the duct work in attic, replaced 2 shower heads and tub faucets, lavatory and lavatory faucet , 2 ball valve angle stop for lavatory stainless steel braided supply lines for lavatory and trip lever with strainers. He installed new receptacle and GFIC in master bath. Installed FRP wall board in hall bathroom and added trim work. Removed old shingles and hauled them off. Put 30 lb. felt on roof, replaced roof jacks, moved roof jack water heater, replaced flashing , replaced ridge vent and installed 28 squares of 25 year golden cedar shingles.
