Veteran-owned company. My brother-in-law is a plumber but doesn't live locally. He has assessed our plumbing issues so I knew what the scope of our problems were before any local plumbers looked at it This company was much more honest than other local plumbing companies we have dealt with for our ongoing issue. They even offered options for work we can do ourselves to reduce the cost of our major repair, including the name of the excavating company they use. They are now my permanent provider of plumbing services.

I have done business with this company before. They are outstanding

friendly, personable, added on minor adjustment for my convenience when re-plumbing our lake pump, checked quality and dependability of lake pump for me. Incurred an issue that did require two people to do the kitchen faucet (sooooo glad I hired someone to do the faucet) A little more $ than expected, but within the quote.

A very pleasant experience in a very difficult time. Both the office staff and the techs were very considerate and respectful at all times.

I had very low water pressure in my guest room bath shower. I would have rated this company higher but they were an hour and forty five minutes late for the scheduled appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 p.m. At 2:00 p.m. I called the office to find out when I could expect the plumbers to arrive. I was told they were "on the way." The plumbers arrived at 2:45 p.m. Also, I was a little shocked at the cost of the repair. They charged me $255.00 to replace 2 small washers and to clean and reuse some small qizmo with a spring inside the shower valve. They didn't replace the gizmo, they cleaned and reused the original one. The only new parts they put in were the 2 small washers. $255.00 seemed a bit excessive. The plumbers were nice enough and professional, but they never offered an apology (or reason) for being late. It would've been nice if they had said they were sorry or offered even a lame excuse for being late. It also would've been nice if they had offered/given a discount for being late. I would use this company again but ONLY in an emergency if I couldn't get another plumber.
