 + -1 moreThese guys were wonderful!!! Prior to this I had used Roto Rooter. They had come out and done work twice. I had probaly spent 1000.00 with them and something that they had worked on broke again!! They told me it would cost another 1100.00 to fix! Jefferson Plumbing Company came out, they said it would cost 600.00 to fix and went to work. It took them two days but they fixed it and I haven't had a problem since! These guys were very professional and finally got my ongoing problem fixed. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you thank you thank you!
Description of Work: I had two busted pipes under my bathroom floor. There was no way to get to the problem without cutting a hole in the floor and digging out a spot for them to work in. He did just that. While he was down there he noticed another problem and went ahead and fixed that as well. They put the floor back together and the pipes have been working beautifully!

Description of Work: Hot Water Heater was not heating. He came out same day within just a few hours. Fixed the problem. Didn't charge for a service fee. Will definitely use again.

 + -1 moreThey did exactly what they said they would do and showed up on time every time they came. My money is tight but their prices were fair and they guaranteed their work for 1 year so I felt like my dollar was well spent.
