BUBBA'S APPLIANCE

Steven came out, told me what it was and gave me a price and estimate on repair. He got the parts, came out and replaced the bad parts and the washer works great !!

Well Steven was (at first) very informative and reassuring as to how the process would go. He stated that the previous company I was going to use to repair my fridge was charging me too much for a simple fix so I decided to use his services. Well he was able to stop the leaking from the fridge but the result from that is now I am unable to use water or ice from the refrigerator. I fear that this will result in further damage to my fridge. Well I've called Steven and I have left numerous of messages and phone calls. EVEN texts asking him could he return my phone calls and let me know what we can further do to resolve the issue, as my fridge was producing ice and water prior to this fix. Well, of course he doesn't answer nor returns my calls. Still to this day I have not heard from him and quite frankly I am getting fed up! It makes me question the credibility of this website and the contractors they hire or use, reference rather, for people's use and needs on this website. I am thoroughly displeased!

He originally showed up, diagnosed the problem, and had to order some expensive parts. He required his $100 service fee. He left, went home and got prices for the repair. Parts were going to run $600, so he required $500 up front because the parts were so expensive, so he sent me an online bill, which I paid. So, he now has $600. This is on May 22. I call him periodically, no return answer, no return calls. I finally get hold of him and he states the guy he was getting parts from never mailed the parts for my stove. He said his wife spent 5 hours trying to find parts and couldn't find any and that I could search for them myself if I wanted. Said he did however have the ventahood part. I got online, go on the DeLonghi website and found the parts. Called Steven back and told him they had all the parts. He told me to order the parts and he would deduct the cost from the final bill. Total cost of parts, $105. Now I'm out $705. Parts come in, I call him, and he shows up at my house with two other men. They spend the next two hours going in and out of my bathroom, soaking my towels (don't know why). I am handicapped and was in my living room having to lay down because I was ill, but my adult daughter was in the kitchen. Next thing I know one guy is in the car with it running, the other two come into the living room saying my oven can't be fixed, that the part doesn't fit (this part came directly from the manufacturer for this specific stove), also stating that other things are broken and that the stove is not worth fixing, and with the cost of the broken door and the other broken things, it's just not worth it, that the warranty place will just have to replace the stove. The younger man then makes a remark that the company is out of business anyway, to which I reply that they are not out of business, the stove is not that old and I just ordered those parts and all the parts are available. Steven states to have the warranty place call him and he will tell them about the stove and refund whatever money I have overpaid him. They then walk out the front door. By the time I get up from my chair and walk about 12 feet to the front door, their car is driving down the street away from my house. He didn't even leave an invoice, an explanation or anything, and he never touched the ventahood. I go into my kitchen and discover that the door on my oven is broken! I don't know what they were doing in there, but they broke the door and then raced out of my house before I could discover it! DO NOT USE THIS MAN. HE IS DISHONEST! He has not returned my phone calls or the phone calls from my warranty company.

I would recommend and use Bubba Appliance again.

I had a couple of problems with my refrigerator. He arrived on time and got right to work. I had a leak in a water line and he had it repair in about 5 minutes. He correctly diagnosed the problem with my ice maker and informed me of my choices and prices. I could have invested alot more money but after a conversation with my husband we decided not to repair the ice dispenser as is never worked exceptionally well anyway. Neither of us were opposed to reaching into the refrigerator and the ice machine still works. I also mentioned to Steven that I had another refrigerator in the garage and asked if he would take a look at it, which he did and had that one working again in about 10 minutes. I am exceptionally pleased with the service that I received from Bubba's Appliance repair and I will use them again!

I called Bubba's Appliance Repair in the morning and set up an appointment for that afternoon to have a repairman come to my home and repair an older GE Washing Machine. Steve arrived exactly when he said he would and went right to work. In about half an hour I was washing clothes again. The price for the house call was only $40 and the needed part was another $40 for the cheapest house call in recent memory. I surely recommend Bubba's Appliance Repair and their repair man, Steve. I left a message for Steven that my refrigerator and freezer weren't cooling properly. When he returned my call he said he could be at my house in 30 minutes. After a quick inspection he said that I have a freon leak and that he could re-charge it for a temp fix but that I should look at buying a new fridge because fixing the leak would cost more than a new one. I appreciate his honesty and quick response time and will definitely call him again if (when) I have more appliance troubles

Steven was easily reached by phone and was prompt. He quickly figured out what my problems were and made the repairs to the refrigerator immediately. The cold air coming from the freezer wasn't flowing properly. My ice maker required some special parts which he ordered, promptly picked up and fixed it. Steven is a nice, friendly and knowledgeable repairman. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future. Incidentally, I thank the previous reviewers who wrote reviews that led me to call Bubba's. They were a great help.

We discovered our freezer half unfrozen this morning and called out Bubba's Home Appliance Repair. I got a recording directing us to call Steven for home service calls. I left a message with that number and he called back within 10 minutes. He asked a number of questions and then said he thought he knew the issue and would be out within 30 minutes. He arrived in almost 30 minutes and took no more then 30 minutes fixing the problem. He was very knowledgable, friendly, and respectful. The cost was surprising (in a good way). Would highly recommend him!

The guy there has a very dry since of humor but all in all the service was good. I will use them again in the future if needed.

He came out late in the day after I called and said it was an emergency. He was professional and friendly and the price couldn't be beat.
