+ 0 moreWe have always used Action because we know the job will be done with the greatest of knowledge. People don’t realize plumbers have a code to follow and cannot step into a job they aren’t allowed to do, so the negative ratings are uncalled for. I have always trusted this hard working man/owner/business manager, who has maybe two helpers at the most, to work on any issue we have. And I will wait for him to get to us because he’s the only one I trust to find and fix the problem. We thought our leaks were outside but he discovered it was in one of the bathrooms and took care of it.

Description of Work: They were send by American Homeshield, our home warranty to diagnosed the problem and they don't know what they are doing. And they broke the bulb of our toilet to turn the water off and on for the toilet and blame it on us. We got second opinion from another plumbing company and none of what they said is matching. This company does not know what they are doing.

+ 0 moreI set this appointment up with american home shield and the plumber contacted me about the job. He set an extremely wide window in which he would show up, and then didn't show up during that time frame. He ran an auger in a clean out he admittedly knew wouldn't clear the blockage and didn't do anything else. I was able to contact him once after he left and said he had to call american home shield to find out what he could do, then he proceeded to ignore my calls after that and mark the job complete. I left him several voice mails and i haven't received a call back from him. He took our money and didn't bother to fix the problem.
Description of Work: Nothing. Was suppose to clear out stopped up main.

+ -1 moreThey didn’t fix or repair anything. The plumber didn’t seem to know what he was doing. We didn’t pay anything. The guy tried to correct it but what he tried to do wasn’t what the problem was. We had to call another plumber out.
