The pool and quot;was an is AWESOME! Yes, it was expensive (almost $11,000), but like they say and quot;You get what you pay for, and we got the best pool on the market with the best warranty on the market combined with professional, prompt service. What more could anyone ask for? Also, the owner, Rory Stringer, was very, very knowledgeable and has proven more than once that he cares as much after the sale as before. I would recommend The Pool Store to anyone looking for a pool!

Time of year (fall early winter) slowed work down, but was completed and checked on as weather allowed.

Excellent. The price was probably higher than average, but you get what you pay for. Our pool had/has a lifetime warranty, is great for saltwater and has been a life changer for our family. Thanks Pool Store for a job well done!

Finished product is beautiful but getting them to do the work was like pulling teeth without pain killer

If you want a new spa, You should go to The Pool Store.

Walk in with my water sample, the girl working the counter does a computerized test on the water sample I bring, and suggest what chemicals I need to keep the water balanced. This makes pool ownership a much simpler routine.

Giving a new company some business, we had considered some of the other higher priced spa services prior to calling The Pool Store. They had beat all the competitors by at least $1,000 for what we needed done to our hot tub. The pump and heater needed to be replaced in which we thought would be a quick fix. However, once the pool crew (usually two guys at a time) began working on our system, they continued to find more things wrong which required re-plumbing the entire hot tub. No problem. However, it seemed that everytime someone showed up, it would cost us extra for parts and labor in which, at times, it was never the same two guys working on the unit. Not only that, but when they said they had completed the plumbing portion (2 months later), they had not plumbed it back correctly - we only had jets at our back and no bubbles in the seat. Also, we would actually have to get OUT of the hot tub and walk to the unit in order to adjust the jet settings. We quickly realized why they were undercutting all their competitors - clearly, they don't have the technical knowledge to adequately fix hot tubs outside of basic "know how". I admit, our hot tub is an older unit, but I can hardly imagine why it has taken 5 months (still not running and/or fixed) to complete. We now have the heater and blower installed but a part (under warrenty) needs to be replaced. We haven't heard from The Pool Store in two weeks, and when we did, they said they had put in the wrong street address and still are waiting for the part. Yeah, sure. The way I see it is that hot tub season is upon them and, even though we have a part that is guaranteed and needs to be replaced, we are on the bottom of their priorities since we are not going to make them any money. After another month without a spa, we are seriously thinking about looking into taking them to small claims court. Do yourself a favor if you need pool work done and The Pool Store looks inticing due to their low prices --- Run to another pool and spa provider, pay a little bit more, and save yourself the headache!!!!
