+ -1 moreIT WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH MATT SHAW. HE PROVIDED US WITH CERAMIC TILE SAMPLES TO HELP US IN MATCHING. HE PROVIDED US WITH LAMINATE SAMPLES, ESTIMATES, AND ADVICE ON 2 TYPES OF TILES AND 2 TYPES OF LAMINATES. HE PROMPTLY RETURNED OUR CALLS AND SCHEDULED THE INSTALLERS JUST AS WE REQUESTED. THE INSTALLERS ARRIVED ON TIME, AS PROMISED, AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AT REMOVING THE EXISTING CARPET, INSTALLING THE LAMINATE TILE, AND CLEANING UP. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE COMPANY FOR FLOOR WORK.
Description of Work: A CARPETED AREA OF 11' BY 13' WAS REPLACED BY WOOD LAMINATE. AN ANALYSIS WAS PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY ON CHOICES BETWEEN CERAMIC TILE AND WOOD LAMINATES. THE WOOD LAMINATE WAS INSTALLED AFTER REMOVING THE EXISTING CARPET AND PREPARING THE CEMENT UNDERFLOOR FOR LAMINATE.

+ -1 moreTHE PLUMBER CAME TO REMOVE TOILET EARLY THAT MORNING BEFORE THE TILE INSTALLERS CAME. ONCE THE FLOOR WAS DONE THE PLUMBER WAS SUPPOSED TO COME BACK TO REINSTALL THE TOILET, BUT NEVER DID. I HAD TO CALL THE MANAGER AT HOME DEPOT TO GET SOMEONE OUT. A DIFFERENT PLUMBER FINALLY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY. THE NEW PLUMBER SAID THE OTHER PLUMBER HAD BROKEN THE BASE OF OUR TOILET SO HE HAD TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY WITH A DIFFERENT TOILET. THE GROUT WAS LIGHT IN SOME PLACES AND DARK IN OTHERS, DOESN'T LOOK THAT GREAT.
Description of Work: TILE REPLACED IN MASTER BATH.
