I was told I would be called when work was finished. After a few hours, I called to check & was informed it had been ready for a while. I realize people get busy but we were killing time in town just waiting for their call so that was frustrating. Other than that, price was great, employees were friendly.

Let me first say that I have a small business, so I am always the first one to give a small business a chance. These were all young people running this thing which I thought was a good plan, since I believe in fresh minds and new ideas. I was super disappointed. I would say this was more run by kids than adults. I rely on my IPAD for business reasons and actually use it there and count on it very much. So it has to be working. Three times these guys promised me that it would be just fine and there was really nothing to worry about as it appeared to be a small connection problem.Three times it was supposedly fixed, and ended up breaking again within a week and always with the same problem that I originally took it in for. The last time they tried to put me off for two weeks. After all of the big runaround I told them if it is not fixed by Thursday I will no longer do business with you. They totally ignored me. What's more important to me is they didn't really seem to give a d***. The point is: they do not stand behind their work at all. I should have taken heed the first time I walked into the place and saw people standing around and quot;shucking and Jivingand quot;. My advice, if you see the sign outside.....picture and quot;Screen Adolescentsand quot; instead of and quot;Screen Geeksand quot;. I feel sorry for anyone that loses their money at this place.
