+ -1 moreQuickest response yet. We thought our new thermostat (bought on Amazon) went bad when all of a sudden the house was warm right before bedtime. We called Mc Williams and Brit arrived at our home within a few hours. He diagnosed and repaired the problem very quickly. He explained everything and even showed us pictures and the part. System is up and running again. Thanks so much.

Description of Work: It took five service calls and some hot Texas days, to figure out the thermostat needed to be replaced. They charge $70 just to come out. Plus labor and parts If they guest right the first time , its not too bad. But five times.$$$$$$. So after having my ac unit rebuilt, ( I wished they would have found the thermostat first) I am cool now. | | |

+ -1 moreThey did a good job. I live in a relatively new home, and I went through four brand new Frigidaire units then had a Rudd unit and everyone had the reversal valve go out in it. McWilliams & Son put in a Carrier air conditioner, and I've had zero problems so far. They also installed it within a day.

+ -1 moreThe sales rep showed up Monday morning and inspected the situation and gave us several options to choose from. The deal was done and a crew arrived on Friday morning along with the salesman who was working hard as well. They got everything done in one day and our house has been warm during the cold nights we've recently had in nacogdoches.
