MaidPro of Lufkin/Nacogdoches

I've got a small house. They did a real good job. I was not unhappy with them at all. I thought it was a little expensive, but not if you're dealing with a company who's having to hire people and all that. They did a real good job and I was going to use them again. I would recommend them. They were excellent.

This is a really good, professional company. Before I went with them, I always tried to save money by hiring independent cleaners. I always had to fire them for bad cleaning, missing items, or not showing up when they said they would. When this company opened in the Lufkin area, I was eager to check them out. That has been three years ago and I am still pleased with them. The price is a little higher but it is worth the peace of mind because they are so eager to please and the employees are super customer service oriented. MaidPro also has insurance and a re-clean policy that I have only used once. My regular cleaner was out sick so the fill in person missed a bathroom that she thought was not supposed to be cleaned. I called the MP office and the owner sent someone right out. I do recommend doing business with the company.

They clean my house every 2 weeks and I have been using them for 4 months and I have never had any compliants with them at all. They are more expensive than independents but you don't have to supply any cleaning products they will supply it all for you. I highly recommend this company.

They cleaned well but there was some problem with communication with the office. I found them to be a bit overpriced.

Excellent job.

The kitchen was cleaned ok but the bathrooms were still dirty. They were asked to clean the shelves and drawers and they were filthy they did not even wipe down baseboards. I was very disappointed. The house was empty. They did not even have to clean furniture. They were at the house for several hours so I don't know what they were doing the whole time. Oh and they were 2 hours late!

This particular session did not go well. I decided to discontinue the service because I was having to redo most of the work that had been done. The poor quality of their work cost me more time and wasted my money. I have been using this service for about two months. My husband and I moved into a new house so originally used their service to get the house ready for move-in. The first time, they sent two maids and they did a great job. They happened to be mature people who had an understanding of domestic work and were responsive to the things I asked of them. The second time, only one of the original workers came and still did a good job. The third and forth times were a younger person who had less domestic skills, but was friendly, smart and eager. My only problem with her is that she sprayed air freshener in one of the rooms before asking me. This was a big deal to me because the spray got on an antique fabric covered chair and brand new carpet. Some of my family members have allergy concerns as well. I addressed this with the owner as well as the fact that he had charged my credit card for the service, and I preferred to pay by check. We discussed how to resolve each issue. This last time, he sent a young adult worker who had very little domestic sense, and I was not pleased at all with the result. Most things had to be explained twice, and others had to be redone. In addition to the poor work, when I went to the office to pay, the owner had charged my credit card a second time without my consent. The cost of this service in my opinion is expensive for the time provided. For this price, the work should be done by competent mature workers who have a keen sense of domestic responsibility. Although my experiences are mixed with this particular provider, I will not waste my money or time with them again.

MaidPro was very good at cleaning the home. They have a 49 point check list to clean house, and they do everything on it! They will even change bedding if you leave clean bedding out. They dusted the floorboards (Trim), fans, cleaned all the windows, toilets, showers, refrigerator, stove, oven and inside the microwave! They have all of their own cleaning equipment, so you don't have to provide the cleaners. The only complaint I have is that their prices are really high! To clean my home was $250, and this would probably be the weekly charge. Even when I scaled down the time and areas for them to clean it was still $150. You do pay for what you get though.

Their monthly service was just as thorough as their 'Spring Clean' service we used just before Christmas. We are happy that we have their monthly service.

They used our vacuum cleaner, no issue, but I kinda thought they brought all of their own stuff. Maybe since there was two of them, they only brought one vacuum cleaner and by using ours it sped up the process. Fine by me; I didn't care enough to ask any questions. Here is the absolutely weirdest thing...this never happens. Their original estimate was for 7.5 hours to do a spring clean and the cost was to be about $270. When I was actually billed, they only billed me about $230. A job that came in under estimate, isn't that one of the signs of the apocalypse?

Everything was wonderful. I thought my house was so clean, until I saw what these girls could do!!! I never thought that there was so many surfaces that needed to be cleaned!! These Ladies are so efficient, courteous, and so professional... They have been trained well!! They sent a Suppervisor out to make sure that they didn't miss a thing. Love them!!! Will never hire anyone else!!
