gas leak repair
+ -1 moreScamming the elderly, you should be ashamed! We called them, explained we just needed the kitchen drain cleanout snaked unclogged, they quoted $115 an hour. We agreed. They said it would be an hour or less. It took maybe 30 minutes. I was fine with an hour minimum. When I was out of the room, they charged my elderly parents $215! Clearly took advantage of them. When I called they explained that the plumber had a helper and were charging for him too. Are you kidding?! I could have bought a snake and done it for my parents had I known they were going to scam them. This is not what was quoted or agreed to. We will be filing with the BBB and the Texas AG - it's actually illegal to treat people in their 70's on a fixed income this way, quoting them one thing and price gouging them after the fact. STAY AWAY.
Description of Work: Simple unclogging of a drain. Took less than 30 minutes - way overcharged for a "helper" they never mentioned on the quote when we scheduled. What a scam!

Description of Work: BATHTUBS AND TOILETS OVERFLOWING, BACKING UP. THEY CLEANED THE DRAINS TO RESTORE FLOW.

Description of Work: They put new water heater in my property it never get any hot water to my any room when I call them back they come to check and say you need to run water for 5to10 min to get hot water then they turn round and tell me you have ghost in your property because I tall them there knocking noise .

Description of Work: The work had to be performed over by another company and the wife was very, very rude on the telephone, and plain hateful. She laughed when I tried to assess the problem to her. They were prompt, and priced competitively, but I have never had a business have someone answer the phone who was a detriment to their company in regards to customer service.
