My inspection was very thorough, with explanations given for all findings. James and Gary arrived right on time and went over the house from top to bottom. Besides the items that were to be included in the report, they also provided information about a couple of items that were not deficiencies, but that I as the home owner might want to keep an eye on. Very professional, courteous, and personable - I would recommend the HomeTeam service to anyone in the Lufkin area needing an inspection.

It went WONDERFUL! James McElroy was our inspector and was very thorough and friendly, he explained everything in detail to us in a way that we understood and was extremely professional! Ronnie was very professional. He answered all questions I had and really educated me on the home and the do's and don'ts. They were fairly priced. Would use.
Description of Work: Hometeam did a home inspection on the house we wanted to purchase. We also had him check out the active septic which we discovered it wasn't working right.

I was able to get an appointment only two days after I called. My report was emailed to me by early that afternoon. He was very professional and friendly.
Description of Work: Inspected all electrical and plumbing. Inspected beams under the house and for any leaks from bathtubs etc. He also inspected the attic and the insulation and ac venting. Checked for any visible damage to wood inside and outside.

He started the inspection on time in fact he got their a little early so he could inspect the roof and the attic before it got to hot. He crawled over every inch of the house. He answered every single question that was asked and my in laws where there as well as my husband and dad. When the inspection was over we all sat down at the table at the house and went of the inspection report with pictures. After we left the house we had the inspection report within two hours. This gentleman knows his business in how a home should be built.
Description of Work: The inspector did a wonderful job. He was very through he took time to go over everything in the house. He was patient with me and didnt gripe when I was glued to his hip. I asked lots of questions and he was able to answer them clearly with out a bunch of "uhs". I would higher him in the future for the next home that I buy. He took pictures of everything and had a report back to us on the same day within a couple of hours.

The report was faxed to us immediately after the inspection. It went very well and he was prompt and answered all our questions.
Description of Work: Mr. McElroy did an inspection of the home were were purchasing. He was very thorough and professional and gave a written report with photos. He is licensed and came highly recommended by 3 Realtors in the area.
