When first going into the Gann Medford office it's very nice inside, you are greeted well and the receptionist was very attentive. When we first started looking for a home there wasn't a lot of homes on the market. After about a month the summer kicked in and houses started to be listed and our search began! BUT it still took us several months to find the house that met the top "must haves" we wanted in our home. Our agent was Ashley King and she did a wonderful job in helping us find just that house. She was always on time for appointments, always available when we found a house we wanted to look at and always kept us up to date on the newest listings. She was also very good at keeping us informed of her schedule such as being on vacation or out of office due to sickness. Due to our schedule we were limited on days to see houses so it was important to us to know whether we would be able to get up with our agent. Once we finally found "our house" Ashley was so great with the closing and helped us every step of the way. I have used Gann Medford Real Estate in the past many years ago and had a positive experience and this is one of the reasons for using this company again. If you are looking to purchasing a home or sell your home I would highly recommend this company.
