Description of Work: hooked up cable tv / phone /internet . I've had the service since 12/1/14 Having a lot of problems with the tv service .Internet and phone work fine .If the terrible tv service continues I will be switching .

Description of Work: I already had internet and land line phone services with Consolidated. But wondered about the quality of their TV service (I was looking at bundling all three.) I was pleased with DirecTV service, but was wanting to save more $$ by bundling. I spoke with 1 friend that had their TV service and they were pleased. So I called Consolidated to get a quote for bundling all 3 services. WOW! It would save me $100.00/month. I then scheduled an installation date. I had 30 days to try their TV service, and if not please I could discontinue service. Have now had their service for just over a month, and am very pleased. Only problem we had, was that the modeum was installed on its feet....and it should have been set up right...so air could circulate better. On its feet, it heated up too much and caused reception interference. (Oh, and there was no installation cost.)

 + 0 moreI have used them forever for the phone service and use them for the cable. I was angry with them for them for a while because someone pirated our computer. My grandson came over and then, my daughter came down. They took away the internet and want give it back. I had to switch my internet to someone else. I like having one bill to pay everything. I still give them good ratings and will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: I only have my telephone service with them.
