Neville is onsite during the roof replacement and coordinates the roof replacement onsite. I changed my plan to have the exterior of the house painted after the roof was replaced. Neville accommodated by delaying the gutter installation and final repairs until the exterior painting was completed. After the gutter installation, a downspout was installed in an inconvenient location and Neville listened and changed the installation to a location better than the original installation. I was comfortable with Neville after our first discussion, and upon online research, I discovered that local roofers respect him and consult his expertise.

They were very professional from start to finish. They listened carefully to my needs; gave me a proposal from which I could choose options, each of which was described in detail based on the special needs I had described; performed exactly the work that we agreed on for exactly the price that they had quoted; finished ahead of schedule; and even did a few extra things at no charge to help me out with my end of the project. They worked with the highest degree of integrity and honesty. It was truly a breath of fresh air to get exactly the service I had requested with no unexpected delays, additional costs, or otherwise unforeseen difficulties. They explained everything and were responsive to our questions. They helped me with my insurance, as this was a damage claim from a hail storm. He provided all necessary documentation for the claim.
