The guy that installed the windows did a very good job. They worked effiently.

We have a 3 bedroom home and got a quote on having all our windows replaced. We decided to do this in 2 parts - did 5 windows in the main living area now and will finish the rest in next year. The cost I listed above is the price we were given for the entire house. The 5 windows we did this time cost $1800. We were pleased with the meeting with Mr. Noble who was professional and not at all high pressuring. He answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable after the presentation. He did all measurements and gave us the price at our initial meeting. This was very different from a competitor who said they would get back with us for a price. We love the windows and all their features and after comparing prices believe we got an excellent product. The installers were courteous and cleaned up after the job. I give this company the highest rating. We were told our windows would be installed 6-8 weeks after we signed the contract and it took the promised 6 weeks.

I have waited almost a year to rate them to be sure the product held up as advertised. Everything went as promised. The price was same as estimate. Windows arrived and installed in a timely manner. Installers were very professional.

This experience was great! We got estimates from 4 different providers and theirs was so much lower than all of the others we wondered wha we would be getting. However, the installation process was seamless, the workers were very well-mannered and hard working and cleaned up the mess afterwards. The final product was beautiful and the warranty was a bonus. Couldn't be happier.

The workers: very nice ,showed up on time, did a great job,cleaned up afterwards, and finished exactly on time. The price was comparable to other companies offering the same work. I will definitely use them again.

They counted all the windows, they measured them and then based on I guess their products and costs, they just estimated and also the finish of the windows, how much it would be. They had like a list and a photo book of the styles that they carry and they made you choose as to what they would put in, if your living in the country or in the city, as far as cleaning or selling property. I left something on the computer and they called me the next day.

It was the best customer service I've ever had from any retail establishment. They were very polite. Every time I talked to them on the phone they knew who I was. They knew what was going on with my order. They were punctual and they arrived and had excellent installers working for them. They installed the windows and they were on time. It was just an excellent deal all the way around.

They did a great job putting in the new windows. I have gotten a lot of complements on the windows. I would use them again.

Window World provided a very reasonable price estimate. They did a very neat work, we loved the windows. We had one small glitch but they took care of it right away.

I will not be using this company because we had a friend that used them and said the experience was horrible and they had to be called back over and over again to fix things.
