West Tech Foundation Repair

He said I probably had a leak, get plumber to check. I did not have a leak. Told him that and haven't heard from since.

The flooring in my kitchen was sagging and I had concerns about the pier and beams under the house. I called Westtech foundation repair on a Tuesday and they were able to come out on the following Thursday, so very quick service. Adam was the first person that came to inspect the foundation. He saw some foundation issues but the subfloor in the kitchen was not a foundation issue. He let me know that Thomas (one of the owners) is a general contractor and could still help us get it repaired. Thomas was able to come over the same day and do another inspection of the kitchen floor. He said he had a carpenter he works with on a regular basis that can do the work we needed. He set up his carpender to fix the kitchen subfloor and Thomas fixed the issues with the beams under the house one week after the inspection. Very quick repair time. After they started removing the damaged subfloor the damage had spread further than intially thought. Although the damage meant more materials and labor Thomas was very fair and reasonable on price for the additional work. The repair on the foundation and the subfloor replacement took 3 days and it looks amazing. Thomas, Adam, and his crew are very professional and I will definetly use them again.

Mr. Sexton came to Midland, a two hour drive from Lubbock and did not charge me for an estimate which was wonderful! He started the day he promised. It did take a little longer than what he originally thought, but the rain complicated matters somewhat. He did finish within the week which was good. I came from Lubbock twice to check on the work and every time I was there, either a foreman was there supervising, or came to check on the work while I was there, which I appreciated greatly. The crew was respectful, not only to me but the the people who live on the property. Mr. Sexton did call me several times during the process to let me know how things were going. He is the most professional contractor I have ever worked with. He did provide a one year warranty for the foundation work. The price was extremely competitive. I will be calling him again to do work for me here in Lubbock.

WestTech Foundation Repair are awesome in aspect for this repair for us. We went to the home and garden show in Lubbock to seek foundaton repair and most assuredly found the right guys for the job. We had intended on getting 3 quotes, but after talking to Thomas and Adam, we knew we did not need to waste our time with 2 more quotes. "Why" you asked. These guys are great at what they do, they do the job as if it was there own home, knowledgeable, customer service oriented, respectful of our home and time. They have integerity in the job that they do and with that they build business relationships for life. You can't necessarily see the difference, but I can feel the difference in the soundness of our home and will for years to come. I live in an older home in the Maxey Park neighborhood. I have noticed quite a bit of foundation cracking, loose concrete, and some holes around the perimeter of the home. I like to do most home repairs myself since I worked for a remodeling company, but I knew I may be in over my head with this project and called 4 companies for estimates... I had WestTech Foundation Repair come out first. I have to honestly say that I have been absolutely impressed by Thomas Sexton and the WestTech team. He inspected the entire perimeter and gave me an estimate for how much he would charge to do it --and do it the right way! He was extremely knowledgeable and answered any and all my questions. The estimate was within my student's budget, and the time he took to walk me through everything is invaluable. It means a lot these days to see that a company is willing to explain what they will be doing, how much time it takes, and why they follow particular steps for repairing the foundation the way they do (rather than just filling in with concrete). I could immediately tell that WestTech truly cares about the type of quality service they provide and the community connections they seem to strive to establish. I had three other well-known "foundation repair" companies come out for estimates. I was told by all three that they, "they couldn't do that kind of foundation repair" and that I had to call a concrete company to just fill in the cracks and holes. One company even referred me back to Thomas at WestTech and said that WestTech was the only company that he knew of that does the repairs correctly without taking any shortcuts. I knew going into this project that calling a concrete company to repair the foundation was NOT the way to go since it would be a temporary fix and I would have to deal with it again in the near future. My father always said, "If you're going to fix something, do it right the first time" and Thomas Sexton and the WestTech team know how to! If you have cracking, holes, rebar exposed on your foundation, definitely call WestTech. They were very affordable for my budget and I felt that I could trust the repairs to them knowing I wouldn't have any issues in the future. They did a great job, took a reasonable amount of time to complete the repairs, were very professional each day they were here, and I would recommend WestTech Foundation Repair to anyone looking for affordable, do-it-right-the-first-time work.

I couldn't be happier. They came out and explained what caused the issue and how to fix it. They explained the cost and they went into great detail on what equipment they would be using and how they would fix it. The stairway looks great and cleaned up everything.

Great, they installed a new system for the owner. They went over and beyond to get the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend them for any and all foundation issues.

The staff at West Tech Foundation Repair did an excellent job fixing the foundational issues on my old house in Tech Terrace. I would definitely do business with them again.

Now, all the doors work much better! They were very punctual. I'll be using them again!
