After last month's hail storm and on the recommendation of a friend I gave The Roofer Direct a call. I'm glad I did as the process was streamless and stressless. Tony and Jay put a temporary tarp on my roof and even tarped my car as a window was busted out. They just installed my new roof and it's gorgeous. This is not the 1st hail storm I've been through in Lubbock but this was my best experience. I never felt pressured and I would give them 6 stars if I could.

This is an over due to review. In 2018 The Roofer Direct replaced my roof after the hail storm. They did an exceptional job in not only the quality of the work but in making sure insurance paid for everything that was damaged. In the recent storm I was hit again and they were my 1st. call. Scott had some one out to tarp my roof within hours and they are putting the new roof on next week. Great company and great customer service. I would highly recommend the company.

This was my second experience with hail damage on my roof. I some how lucked into finding Jay and team and I will never consider another roofing contractor in the future. I really appreciated how patient both Jay and Scott were. My services were completed in no time, and payment was not due until all insurance proceeds were cleared. Jay, Scott, Tony and team delivered on exactly what they promised. Highly recommend.

I was out of state during the installation. It was a hail damage so needs to through the insurance company. Scott from Roofer Direct is very responsive - which is very important for me. I had bad experience with roofers that went ghosting. Also, Scott is very helpful on dealing with the insurance company. So saved me a lot of time. The project itself was good, they were quick and did a good job. They even upgrade the roof up to code for free. So I am very happy with the experience with them.

They replaced a damaged roof and they did a really good job. Gen. Mgr Tony Parker, Proj, Mgr. Sterling King, they were both involved and they did a fantastic, fabulous job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone, They have rated 5 stars on BBB and I give them 5 ++ stars for their work. Scott Burnam, he is the president of the company and Austin Crenwelge, he was the project manager of the "The roofer direct" provided service above and beyond my expectations. They were very professional, courteous, and look out for my "interests" about their own interest. Eager to help me every step of the way and bend over backwards to satisfy my requests. They were really a breath of fresh air. I wish everyone would be like them, then heaven would be here on earth I very strongly recommend them for all your roofing needs. I thought I had a shingle warranty issue. And the roofers who I called to assist me on filing a warranty claim. I called reported it was not a warranty issue but installment issue. What attracted me to contact them "The Roofers Direct LLC", the owner president definition; the integrity even nobody is looking. He and his staff, they are certified honest, stand behind their work and do it right. Particulate at the level of understanding, glad to response on inquiry and reasonable price.
